This is a reorder- your ordering process is awesome, your return process documented timeline isn't followed...it took longer than expected and I had to followup to make sure I received my refund. I was expecting the refund within 3 weeks - per the documented process and at week 4 I called. Once I called, it moved quickly.

Staff is very helpful. Shipping screwed up big time.

For ceiling medaillons, you need to add a filter to sort by SIZE

Whenever I want to "Sparkle " my home with details. You always come thru. The medallions I ordered before always get a comment. Including my electrician wanted to know where I had found them. He had never seen them before. These will be gracing my hand rail on the stairway.

Products were easy to find and especially like the size options. The quality of the product met my expectations. They are now installed and look amazing! I would purchase again from architectural depot and would recommend them to a friend.

I have called 2 days after I received my shutters to let you know
One of the shutters had a crack at the top. I have heard nothing from you on this matter. My installer put them all up. I have never heard. From you on this matter. They look nice but I know their is one broken. That bothers me.

Best price I've found for top star shim screws. Shipping times can sometimes be a problem, though my last order came quickly.
