Did not find a charcoal gray color so I chose Tuxedo Grey I hope it will be a close shade to charcoal gray.
So happy when I received the shutters the color was perfect. I plan on ordering more shutters to finish all the windows on the house.

Wanted to read the terms of use, had to fill out personal info first, read terms of use, had to RE-ENTER personal info, not good.
The order was just what I expected
So far so good. Sales associate via phone directed me to a keystone that is supposed to fit the arch I ordered.
The description of concrete screws on website and lack of knowledge of specs of these items was appalling. I received screws I could not use and reps did not understand the different types of screws that they sell.
Would be helpful to view products in 3D. Also, provide all dimensions for products with variable depths. (CAD drawing not available.) Also, the shipping cost went from $13.53 to $22.45 when I added 2 additional rosettes... seems a bit steep!
