Architectural Depot had the best price and was delivered just as quickly as Amazon Prime. Of course, other places had free shipping; but the items were priced higher, so I did better paying shipping costs.
I had to call customer service on a Saturday to ask about a shipping time frame...and I spoke to an actual human being who knew all the answers!
I would definitely recommend this company and shop here again. Thanks Architectual Depot-- for good products with great service!

Part of the order came in broken
It was easy to get the right sizes. Not so sure about the color swatches. Hung these and will order others soon.
Was offered $10 discount for sharing my email, never received the coupon code to my email address, had to find it through internet history.
Purchased $9.99 shutter colors, was supposed to get discount code for this to use when ordering product, never received - still out the $9.99 that was promised on website. Received shutter order but size was off a bit. Paid custom pricing for std size product.

I got the shutters and they are excellent - but they sent only enough screws in each box to hang ONE shutter, not both. However I did call and customer service shipped out two more bags of screws and I received those - so I would really rate customer service 5 stars! Thank you!

My only complaint would be enlarged picture clarity and also it makes it hard to see white moulding on white background.
