I ended up not needing the ceiling medallion I purchased but could not return it because it is deemed a 'custom medallion' due to the fact that it is a style that is shipped in two pieces to fit around the base of a light fixture. I don't believe this is a custom item as it is a stock item. It is in perfect condition as when it arrived but there are no returns for this type of 2-piece medallion.

Other than that, the site is easy to navigate with the filters available.

I certainly hope that each item consisted of 12 screws. That is what I'm expecting, but it was not totally clarified. Home Depot and Lowes clearly stated 12 screws per set and I have 14 pairs of shutters to hang so I ordered 14 items.

I received the shipment which I am happy to say included an extra bag of screws (15 bags total). This was good since two of the bags contained only 11 screws and one bag had only 10 screws. Each bag should have contained a total of 12 screws which the remaining bags had.

I placed the order on November 2, was told it would ship in 3-5 days.
I finally received on November 26.
The corbels were split in several places had to use lots and lots of wood putty filler so I could use them.
Was trying to get an appraisal for a loan on my son's new house.
This delayed the appraisal and the loan closing needless to say caused lots of problems b/c they were supposed to be out of they rental house before the end of the month and due to this delay was not.
