It took a few extra days but it arrived and was exactly what I needed!
Matched the other shutters.
I had a problem with the order and the automated phone system was far too frustrating to use. It kept changing my que position and wait times. I spent a lot of time waiting. It also seemed like the warehouse wasn't communicating with the customer representative so there was confusion about the order status. As well, we had a damaged piece but our contractor repaired it rather than trying to replace it. As far as buying again, we don't anticipate needing shutters for quite a while.

Wonderful service and a great product. They look great.
Did have some slowness in receiving product. Original order stated product to arrive between November 17 and 22nd. Called to follow-up on the order on November 21 when it appeared online product not shipped yet. Was would ship on the 30th. Again on the 30th checked still not shipped. Finally arrived on December 5th. Had to make all contact for follow-up.
Excellent sturdy packaging for large garage crossheads to keep them from breaking bending or damage in transit. Excellent dimensions. Nice to take paint looks excellent. Quick easy install 3 screws and some caulk. Very very pleased exceeded all expectations. Will buy again.

She ensured the bad ones are replaced and taken care of. As a customer, I understand that things happen, so a good post sale service is really impressive.
