First time user. So far, so good.
I placed the order on Dec 27th with an advertised delivery of 2 to 3 days. I hoped to get it by Fri Dec 30 so I could install the shutters on the weekend. By the time the order was completed, the delivery date was changed to Jan 3, BUT the order did not arrive until 8 PM on Friday Jan 6th - too late for installation before the open house weekend on Jan 7 and 8th.
I would have given you better ratings if the actual delivery was closer to the advertised delivery.
ALSO, I can't get rid of you ads from my computer screen.

Wish I didn't have to type in my address twice. Should have a "Same as Shipping" box. Customer service & re stocking fees are the worst I've ever experienced!

The problem that I had was with shipping. Firstly, my package went to wrong address, secondly, it arrived later than promised. The product was decently priced, and was as advertised.

The negative reviews made me nervous but were outnumbered by the positive. We shall see. An update; The shutters are fine, perhaps even excellent. What was annoying however, were the mounting clips ordered with the shutters. Although not required, they seemed like a good idea but were anything but! And to make matters worse, there was a shipping charge for them and the shutters shipped free!
