I'm overall satisfied with the purchase. The service and delivery was great. However, based on the website colour scheme, I expected the ready to paint shutters to be in white/grey colour, the actual color is black. It is possible that I misread the description of "paintable". I need to custom paint them in Linen colour, have I known that the paintable version comes in black, I would have ordered the white finish.
