Received broken shutter. A little bit of a delay getting it. Seemed like it took a while, but good customer service.

Easy to do
I received "used shutters" one had drill holes in it. Both shipped in new factory sealed boxes (no re-taping). Customer no service would not follow through replacement of the damaged shutter. I ended up baying a new set from another vendor to get the job done.

Every thing was in good order packing was very good no damage the style i picked out did not come with corner pices but was able to cut what i needed overall every thing worked out
Great to find these. Thank you so much. I took the shutters down (last year?/UGH) and had already figured that something was wrong with one (slightly above the others). When I took it down, I realized the "clip" had broken somehow and had never been "equal" to the rest. I searched EVERYWHERE to find a replacement to no avail. Finally, I sat down and questioned on the internet and found your site. Lo and behold, it was there. Now, of course, I had to buy more than I needed, but it is OKAY. Now I have replacements for most of the rest of the shutters. Now to get the shutters repainted (we are now in a rainy early spring so it'll have to wait for a bit) and I will hang them back MYSELF. YEA. Thank you so much. I will buy from you again and recommend your site to everyone I know in my neighborhood!

I could not find the shutter size I needed in the big box stores so I found them on line at Architectural Depot. They were easy to order and arrived quickly. They seem to be of better quality than my old ones and were easy to install. I recommend Architectural Depot to other customers.
