I dont think 5 panels justify $25 heavy handeling fee

This is the first and only place I come for the wooden rosettes now. Just wish I'd hit it during a free shipping sale or something!

The Shutters were as advertised,great price. The only suggestion would be that the molding process would be better(the slats have trail end plastic on them) but they look great on the house.

Your people did not seem to know if or when I would get my order. Almost a week after promised it showed up. Got tons of e-mails from you letting me know you were working on my order but you did not appear to communicate with your vendor.

The process of selecting and buying was fine. I was somewhat surprised that the neither the boards nor the battens were solid, but I suppose I should not have been, as the price was very low.

Delivery was sooner than expected

We really love tgd style and grade of the bracket but we had to file all of the edges to round them as they were super sharp and we were concerned for th safety of our children and knees under the counter.

Website is so easy to navigate. I found exactly what I was looking for immediately. Delivery is very prompt and the shutter's were easy to install. But, best to be installed by two people.
