Very good product and price
Although this company sells defective (marred, chipped, cracked) merchandise at considerable discounts, when I received my full-price item, it had a long deep, very visible crack. I sent a photo. AD agreed they made a mistake, but wouldn't refund the price reduction. Instead, they gave me a "gift" card, for use at their store. Do I want to go back? Nope.
Piece that I purchased is simply lovely.
Great no problem not broken or disfigured items. Which I truly hate
This is the second time that I have ordered from architectural depot. The pilasters arrived quickly after I ordered them. The product is well made and extremely easy to install. The prices are so affordable.I only wish I had more room for further projects!
It was hard to find the product we needed. Searches were not very effective. Then, as we were buying, we felt slammed by surprise with the shipping costs. We ultimately decided to buy anyway, but very nearly walked away.
I was satisfied with my product thought it was a little bit pricey but for what I was needing I was satisfied with it
Easy to find merchandise, color and size. Easy ordering and very nice to have Paypal option. Look great on the house, adds great curb appeal. Came quickly and well packaged. Loved the included hardwear.
Two concerns:
1. Dimensions inconsistent - The chair rail that I ordered varied in thickness (P), from piece to piece, by as much as one tenth of an inch or.5" to.6".
2. Shipping costs
Quick and informative.
Price for this item is too high.
