I honestly didn't know what to expect when I ordered my vinyl shutters. Low prices usually equate to low quality. Definitely not the case here. The shutters arrived on time and I was very happy with the quality of them considering the low price. Great quality and low prices equals a repeat customer. Thank you!

One set of shutters out of six on original order was received damaged during shipment. The cardboard shipper was torn like It lhad been thrown against something or something hit it. Either case the shutter side was cracked off.
Your company was very quick to replace the shutter at no additional cost to me. I appreciated that, however, it was still an inconvenience.
Suggestion: Add "bubble wrap" or some other type of protection for the shutters during shipment.
Otherwise, very good company.
