No one replied to 3 emails or followed up on a call, and even the chat would not connect several times. Very cumbersome experience. Hopefully product will be better.
The only complaint I would have is some of the cover caps broke apart. Love the color and my house looks great.
They were easy to order and had fast shipping. The price was right and I like the made in the USA part.
Had a hard time with color,hard to match on the computer and the names of colors are weird.

Shutters were damaged...paintable shutters are not paintable - can't use black paint, it causes
Warping, louver curvature, other issues...recommended paint from Sherwin Williams does not overcome the issue...Sherwin Williams website points out the issue i've described above...so we have a situation where SW and AD are at conflict about a very important issue regarding honesty and integrity of AD
And customer service, satisfaction. Want resolution of this matter.

I had ordered 3 door surround kits and although navigating the site and finding what I wanted was extremely easy (with very good pricing), the order arrived with one crosshead slightly damaged and one kit had fluted pilasters rather than the plain I had ordered. Living in Canada, I had already imported the products before finding out the discrepancy. This affected my overall buying experience.
Reasonably priced. Good selection.
The site had great measuring instructions and the shutters were inexpensive compared to others I'd looked into of similar quality. They didn't take as long to get here as some other customers had to wait, but still longer than the projected delivery date. They should give you the worst case scenario date,so if it takes that long customers won't be upset. If they ship sooner, great! When you give people a date to look forward to and you don't deliver, it's a little off-putting.
