I purchased the paintable shutters and they look great with the Sherwin Williams Greenblack paint color. They have only been on my house for 2 days so time will tell if they are sturdy and durable. If they are not then I will post an update. I was supposed to get an email confirmation when the shutters shipped but that never happened on either order I placed. Both times I had to call myself and ask for a tracking number. The shutters were in good condition upon delivery. No instructions for installation are included with the packaging. I had to look up installation instructions online. While this might be practical for me it may not be for others. Instructions should have been included with the delivery regardless of the fact that they are available online. Perhaps a solution would be to check a box on your order to indicate whether or not you need to have printed instructions included with your order. I like that the shipping was free. I probably would not have ordered them from this company if I had to pay additional for shipping.

I tried to get a medallion without a hole in the middle of it, but the picture on the website did not match what I actually received (a medallion with a hole in the middle). Even the contact person to whom I talked after the first medallion was delivered was fooled by this. So, when a second medallion was delivered, it was exactly the same as the first one, with a hole in the middle. I gave up at that point, and was able to make what you delivered work for my home.
