Wish there was a better way to see the colors, really hard to see on computer.
Color is good, shutter is not quite as strong or solid as I had hoped. Installed easily and they look nice.
Coupon Code that was sent to me after I had ordered the sample colors did not work when checking out to receive the $9.98 back. Please advise as to how to get this money back

Fast and convenienient
Shopping experience was ok - just can't believe you charge shipping - shipping was very slow. Called to get status on my order because I received extra hardware a week before getting shutters - no one could tell me status - someone said they would call me back but never heard from anyone :( Have not installed shutters yet, hoping to install next week.
Excellent shopping experience. Just wish shipping would be a little quicker. Or options for faster shipping. Otherwise a new satisfied customer.

All was very good
The shutters were great for the money and very easily installed. My only gripe is that it took longer than I expected to receive the delivery. I was told the delivery guy would contact me to make arrangements to drop off the 49 shutters I ordered. He contacted me at the front gate of the condo complex. Had no lift on the back of the truck but he did help with unloading.
I purchased 4 sets of white shutters for my garage which I just painted sky blue and they are unbeatable in both price and quality.
Easy to install and good to look at what more can you ask for.

The ordering, shipping and price were great. However due to MY error I had to return my original order. I received a RMA number promptly, then was told they weren't returnable, then the next day was told again that the shutters were returnable. When I went to UPS to return ship I discovered that it was so expensive to ship the shutters that between the shipping and 20% restocking fee I would only get a refund of $20 on a $125 order.
Based on this I asked to be allowed to return the shutters with the shipping prepaid to take advantage of your corporate rates and then have the shipping and 20% re-stocking fee deducted from the refund. I have been waiting about 1 week since this request was made with no response.
Found exactly what I needed in minutes! More options and better prices than the two home improvement stores near me.
