Everything about AquaScience was great!. However, FedEx as usual lost the original package and then after AquaScience re-shipped another order the lost FedEx 2-day express package arrived. So the first 2-day express package finally showed up about 8 days later. WHY DOES anyone us FedEx? There terrible 99.9% of the time. But AquaScience is great!
All items were intact. But they were all delivered to another house not even on my street. FedEx did nothing to acquire these items from this neighbor. The neighbor was kind enough to contact me and tell me that he had them and I went and picked them up there.

The item I ordered was on backorder, though the website showed it was in stock. I waited 6 days with no notification. I reached out to the company and they informed me it was out of stock and supposed to arrive the next day. It shipped the next day and arrived a couple days after that.
My order showed up 3 days early even though it had to cross into Canada. Pressure tank install kit is made of quality materials and went together easy.
