It was so nice to be able to drink water out of the faucet, have cleaner clothes and appliances after installing the filter. My only complaint is that there were no installation instructions. I'm a DIYer, and finally after hours of searching the Internet I found some instructions. Besides this very annoying issue, I love the filter.
I have been experiencing problems with my Brass well tank T connector leaking.
When I found your website I found a lot of great information that I was missing in my own knowledge. I found the stainless steel T and other fittinga and hope they have a longer life for my home than the brass did. Time will tell. Your website was very helpful for the whole process. Don't like that the tank box had been opened up and resealed. There was a packet of silicone smashed open in the box. Not sure what that's about. That is usually packed in the bag with the connection for the tee. Just curious if I received a returned tank…

The person I dealt with was knowledgeable and courteous, he had to put me on hold but kept it very short. He was able to answer all my questions about the suitability of the pump I was considering for my well. They shipped quickly and Ihad my pump in a few days. Good customer service on the sale.
Very sorry ordering process. One piece was missing, but I contacted aqua science and they sent the missing part immediately.
