I had ordered a pump in the evening, shortly afterwards I learned I didn't need it. I called them the next morning and they quickly refunded my money with no hassle. Thank you
Ordered a pump, poly pipe,wire, and other items on Memorial Day. They shipped it all on Tuesday and I had it Fed Ex on Saturday, all the way to Wyoming. They were great.
Purchased all the parts for my new well from Aqua Science about a year ago. Had a lightning strike take out my pump controller after a years worth of service, so I called Aqua Science to get another one coming ASAP. Not only were they prompt in getting the controller shipped (within the hour) but it was covered under warranty!
If you're unsure about buying well supplies on line, don't be, this company is knowledgeable, friendly and service oriented with excellent shipping rates as well! 5 Stars all day long!

They use a service called 'eye4fraud'- it cancelled my order, and they wouldn't do anything, I had to contact the service itself. I called them and got no answer. Rather than having to jump through hoops to give them my money, I ordered from elsewhere.

Rebuild kit I needed was in stock. For what these parts are, rubber & plastic, I think the pricing was a little on the high side, but shipping was included in the price which is a big plus. I got the parts quickly, shipped on Monday and had the parts on Tuesday before 11:00 AM.
My emailed questions were answered quickly and clearly to help with my purchase.

Although not yet in service, I am pleased with the brine tank quality and appearance. Minor issues are that the "included" brine transfer tubing was not there, and nor was the hole in the tank for the tube to pass through.
