The part that I ordered didn't completely fix the water softener. Customer support stuck with me and was able to walk me through all of the adjustments that were needed to get it working properly.

You order a Clearance item that fully detailed what you were purchasing and that it had a defect with the zipper. You would have to remove the valve head, as we discussed on the phone, to install the sweat jacket. The item is perfectly usable and in new condition. Our return policy is very clear on our site and we included a copy when we shipped your order. We do apologize for the inconvenience but you can still use the item as intended. The next time your system is serviced, we are sure that they will install the sweat jacket for you if you are unsure how to do it. Please let us know if you have any questions.
