Received the plants in very good condition. Got them planted and they look great and are doing well. Very happy with this purchase. I will be back for future plant needs.

There was a special on the website to get 30$ off a CO2 cylinder with purchase of a carbon doser regulator. At checkout, no discount was present. I called customer service. They were very pleasant and said there was a problem with the website and it would be fixed and to try again the following day. I did that about 7 times over the next week and a half with the same result. I left multiple messages on their answering machine with no call back. Finally, I just paid the extra money out of frustration.

Update: AquariumPlants.com fixed the website and sent me a 30$ refund. The process was a little frustrating but nobody is perfect and in the end, they did exactly what they promised, so I'm changing my review from 2 to 4 stars. By the way, the CarbonDoser is fantastic.

Great selection and great prices with fast shipping

The plants are so nice and in good shape when they got here. I was a little concerned because they came on a day that it was 9° outside. But they weren't frozen at all.
I wish there were more planting specifications in the descriptions.

Pretty good sample of plants. Shame I missed the crabs and shrimp though.

Always been pleased with aquarium plants. Com and aside from buying in my local store I doubt I will ever use another online retailer. 10/10 every time

Fast and easy. Great details and descriptions of all products! Make sure to check their shipping info. It all depends on what day you order from them, but mine arrived super fast after shipped, and all of my plants were healthy and alive! This is my second purchase with them and both of my orders turned out great. They haven't let me down yet! I usually always purchase large orders, so I know I can trust their quality when ordering from them!

Very long time since my last order. I wanted to check out current quality. I would like to see a stock list.

The website was well organized and easy to use. The prices seem very fair! They provide really good prices on shipping, which is usually an issue I run into with other sites. My plants came completely undamaged/dead.

Plants were received well packaged and very fresh. Ordering was easy and delivery fast.

I order some plants and never got any email that they had arrived at a pickup location in my town like I was told I would get. Called and was spoken to in a very rude manner saying it was my responsibility to know when the plants arrived. Was told it is my fault now that the plants have to be returned to the sender and they have to pay extra shipping fees. A very unprofessional business, would not recommend it. Many other retailers out there with better customer service.
