Save yourself the hassle and dont buy anything from this company, their customer service is shocking. I have been waiting 3 weeks to receive an order and 3 different advisors have said they will sort it and call me back and they havent. How they are still trading is beyond me.
Please please do not buy from this company - if you have received the same shocking service as I have please report to trading standards and, as will probably be necessary, issue a small claim. It is not extreme to say they are now thieves and should not be allowed to continue to trade. Shower and tray worth £350 returned as agreed via their courier in July. Still no refund. Absolute blatant lies on the phone and no email or letters responded too.
First they sent a toilet that leaked. Then they sent the wrong shower tray.
Then the replacement toilet was fitted was fine for 10+ hours and then overnight the cheap plastic bolts slipped connecting the cistern and the cistern leaked continually during an 8 hour period completely flooding my new bathroom and hall.
Aquabliss deny it was there cheap ill fitting parts fault and will not accept any liability or make any contribution towards repairing the damage.
My experienced plumber will not touch their kit again and eventually replaced most of their fittings to ensure a good fit that would not leak.
Their Customer service is disgusting, they simply take your money and do not care.
Avoid this company or you will live to regret paying good money for cheap ill fitting rubbish.
This is my second complete bathroom suite I have ordered... just received delivery of the first one yesterday! I found the whole process very easy and everything was packaged really well for delivery. I would definately recommend you!
Warning: Do not use this company for anything. We ordered a shower enclosure in July which they delivered but it was the wrong size. Lots of phone calls and hassle with customer care team. They are the most unhelpful team I have come across - they all need to go on a customer care training course asap. They never get back to you, emails are never forth coming - absolute shambles of a team. Over the last 5 weeks I've spoken to Anne Marie, Jonathan, Jordan, suzie, and finally Tony who was extremely unhelpful. How this company sleeps at night is beyond me fully knowing that they are leaving consumers in an utter mess due to their incompertance. Never will we ever use this company again. This company need an award -

I bought a shower unit from this company. The deflector leaks sending water everywhere. In time my floorboards will rot. The response I got was completely different to the one my plumber got when he rang to complain. They lied and construed stories. Made comments not stated on their website. No refund. £350 out of pocket! Never will I buy from them again

I had an issue with damage to one panel of the shower cubicle I bought, & it was replaced without question within 2/3 days of my initial enquiry.
Worst company I have ever dealt with! I would stay well clear, as if there is a problem, like I experienced, don't expect a quick resolution.

Great company with great prices! Really pleasant to deal with. I ordered my bathroom online and delt with a lovely gentlemen called Thomas. I placed the complete order with him, the bathroom suite & fittings etc. Smooth transaction and they were even able to deliver to Northern Ireland at a reasonable cost. Order arrived few weeks later allowing time for shipping to NI. Everything arrived apart from the wall basin, so contacted them again and they sent out the sink really quickly! No problems. The unfortunate thing though was when sink arrived it was damaged, not Aquabliss fault could only have been damaged through courier i assume. I was gutted to say the least, so called them again and spoke again with Thomas and he reassured me of a replacement and that it was not a problem sending out a new one. I've just this morning received my new sink and its perfect! Thank you aquabliss. This company are great and i cant understand why they have been given a bad rep/reviews. I will be using them again in the future and highly recommended them! Cant wait to get everything installed!
Used these guys for around 7 years and always recomend them to my customers. Easy to install. Very high quality. Cheapest prices ive found on the net. Customer service team friendly funny bunch although sound very busy. You can hear phones constantly ringing in background. Always managed to get spares new seals door runners and stuff easy. Good technical knowledge so don't have to get intouch with manufacters and passed around. Delivery service is a bit hit and miss. They seem to use three different couriers depending on how much you order. But can get the times the driver's are due on day so not sat about waiting. Top service
Ordered a full bathroom from Aquabliss on a 1-3 working day service, got a phone call from courier day after to organise delivery, items turned up on time and I am over the moon with the quality of every product look amazing in my bathroom. Would deffo recommend this company to anyone.
Dont give this incompetent company your hard earned cash
I was told my goods would arrive in 5 to 7 working days it took three and a half weeks when it did arrive the taps were missing I a happy person so I called and was told by Samantha I think that was her name for the inconvenience caused we will refund the £30 delivery charge it was never payed I called two weeks later and was told by a rude member of staff no way would I be getting a refund
So the only thing left to do was write this review I've since fitted the shower screen only to find a scratch on the glass I had no intensional of calling back I wanted nothing more to do with this dreadful company.
Take heed you people out there avoid using this company at all costs
