I have checked several sites for my purchase and found appliances connection had the best price.
When I made the order, I found their customer service to be top notch. I also appreciated the timely delivery!
One down side was when the stove was delivered I noticed that some touch up painting needed to be done. I would have to assume that this must be expected as a small can of paint was also supplied.

Great online shopping website. The quality of all products here is very good. All very nice Great site for online shopping, which I want everyone to know is actually a successful website. And this website is offered from high quality services. No sales tax, high quality service and on-time delivery.

Our staff has read your review and values your contribution even though it did not meet all our website guidelines. Thanks for sharing, and we hope to publish next time! But looking at their terms and conditions we didn't violate any rule. So we're posting here where they can't touch it and remove it. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! I should have read the other negative posts. They won't email or call back ever.

Unit great, delivery horrible
The unit itself is great. But the trucking company they used was supposed to unbox the new unit, take the packaging away and also take the used one away. We paid for all these services. I called appliances connection and they said they needed to speak to the trucking company and ask them who signed for it and see if that employee said forget about the other stuff. My employee had nothing to do with the unboxing and haul away. That trucking company had the paperwork for what was supposed to be done, they didn't do it. Plus appliance connection hasn't even returned my call now after two weeks. And yes my employee never told them to not take the old one or unbox the new one. She just signed for delivery. Won't shop with them again. Now I have to dispute the charges thru my card.

I just got some of the furniture for my PC and for the working station and it was just amazing as the staff was amazing, and they deliver the product at the exact time and i didnt find any scratch or any damage on my furniture, I brought the home furniture and it has a good quality of furniture and it's delivery within one day so delivery time was good, and best deal with so good experience for me so thanks for this product

Buying was quick and easy and I saved a bunch of money. The only reason it's not a 5 star is that the shipping was slower than I expected, it took about 2 weeks. The day they were supposed to deliver, they gave me a 4 hour window of between 2-6. I had to take off work to make sure I was there, and they didn't show up until 7. However, they delivery guys were quick and polite and did a nice job. The appliances were as shiny and nice looking as I had hoped. A very positive experience overall. I will buy from them again in the future the next time I have a need.

Site appeared to advertise 3 day free shipping. Thanks to a holiday and shipping from Brooklyn to Los Angels, it took 11 days.

On the plus side, Appliance Connection kept us well informed with multiple emails and phone calls apprising us of the status of the order and shipping. Also taking away our old appliance for $1 and installing the new one for less than $100 were good deals.

Appliance is as advertised and working perfectly.
