If I could give negative stars, I would. What a nightmare. The delays and excuses from Appliance Connections and their trucking company is beyond inexcusable. The run around and blaming each other and not taking any responsibility is incomprehensible. I ordered appliances end of April 2021. They were FINALLY delivered August 31st. I had to change my dishwasher and beverage center because they had no idea when it was coming. The ones I chose were "in stock". But when it came time for delivery, no dishwasher on the truck. They had no idea where it was. Then they told me "They didn't have enough room on the truck." The next week, I received and email saying they were coming... no show. The third attempt, the truck came, with no dishwasher on it. Finally, September 27th, the dishwasher showed up. I was so frustrated about the dishwasher, I called Lowe's. And they had what it originally wanted in stock. Just shop local. Don't believe what they say.

We ordered a dishwasher for delivery and installation in part because they advertised an earlier delivery date than their competitors. The item came in nearly three weeks after they advertised. We spoke with customer service to set up the actual install date about 10 days in advance. That morning, they didn't show up and our multiple calls to customer service went unanswered. Do not buy from them.

I ordered a $4K appliance 6 weeks ago and have since had to call Appliances Connection five times, each time on hold for 45-90 minutes (because it's impossible to reach a person or get anybody to respond to emails or voicemails). Every time I was told the item is in stock and they forgot to release it to the shipping company. They have become a major waste of time and are ruining the remodel schedule, because I don't know when the appliance will ship. Don't trust them.

I had a desperate need for a new washer and went to this store first. I was helped almost immediately by a salesperson and he walked me through the most applicable selections for me. They were very friendly and helpful. Prices were competitive.
I would highly recommend Appliances connection as they're extremely organized and there is a ton of communication! And my salesperson was great!
Professional installation I bought a dishwasher from this company in less then 3 days I noticed that the unit did not drain properly after the called them multiple times on the issue no one seen to help was transferred to everyone but the right person I give it 2 stars because the delivery team was nice but can't Install a bubble gum under the sink the unit was not draining properly because the crossed the hoes under the sink to think I paid 149 for professional installation I think not I'll be definitely calling in on for a refund

I purchased a TV stand (media console) on March 23,2021. After the purchase I was notified it would not ship until June, and since then, every 3-5 weeks I have received an email stating the shipment had been delayed. Today is September 23,2021, and I just received another update stating it will be shipped in December. I called to cancel the order and the lady who answered was polite and quickly cancelled the order. Great customer service on the phone as far as I can tell... just cant wait a year for a piece of furniture. I will be looking elsewhere for furniture to fill our new home.

We purchased a $6k range at applicanesconnection.com We signed off that the range was delivered, but could not have known at the time that the control knob was loose and defective. When we went to use the range, we noticed, and contacted them immediately. They offered a repair, and we told them that we did not want a refurbished range, we wanted a new one. After 3 weeks, we are still being denied a refund/exchange. They have a 48-72 hour return rate for e-mails, and every phone call takes about 1-2 hours for a return call. We keep being told on the phone the exchange is being processed, and then getting e-mails that they can't process the refund/exchange, starting the endless runaround process all over again. Buyer beware.

The is the worst experience I ever went through with online shopping. I am exhausted in my heart from this.

Appliances Connection has been an absolute nightmare.
I paid 4k for an ice maker that they claim to have in stock, but it's been 5 months and I haven't received my item.
One rep tells me they haven't received the item from the vendor and that it's still out of stock, another tells me that they already sent it through AM Trucking.
AM Truckings says they received the shipping label, but they have not been told to pick up the item. Then vendor says that they should have had inventory.
This item has been in stock. They claim on their website that they have multiple of them... but they wont send it to me. It's a constant run around and they are looking to blame everyone else.
I've purchased a fridge, wash/dryer, oven and dishwasher through them with no issues. Now that there is a minor challenge in there way it's impossible to get them to communicate and give me a direct answer. No one is on the same page and they are all over the place.

I had a good experience buying a refrigerator from Appliances Connection. Excellent product and communication as well. It actually came in earlier than expected, and scheduling happened quickly. Easy process and the delivery company showed up on time and communicated when they were on their way. I really appreciated that. They got it all set up and running. If you request for refund, you have to pay for shipping even if it's because the item is defective. It's been over a month and I'm STILL fighting this.

I order LG washer and dryer online, they send us a broken small washer. What worse? The worker refuse to install my washer and dryer. I waited for a month. The company DID NOT DO PRICE MATCH. I get my washer and dryer $1000 expensive in the same website! Never use this website for purchase!

On Aug 26,2021 I had my brand new washer and dryer delivered. After setting them up, they couldn't get the washer to stay on. After 20 seconds it would flip off. They said it was the electrical (GFCI) and I needed to call in an electrician to have it looked at. Had an electrician in. He made changes and upgrades, however, the issue was not resolved. It is the washing machine. I called Appliance Connections (Brooklyn) over 15 times trying to get a technician out. They continue to tell me that they are waiting for the manufacturer to get back to them. That there is nothing they can do until they get a callback. They said once they do receive the call then, and only then can they send out a technician. They said it would take some time to find one due to a contract they require them to sign. Here it is 9/9 and still a big fat nothing. I called Appliance Connections again and was greeted by a customer service person with a very bad attitude. Basically, this is a ME problem. Nothing they can do to move it along. I suggested that I call the manufacturer and she chuckled and told me, "good luck, but hay more power to you if you get someone." she then proceeded to say that they've sent me emails with updates, and when I told her No, NO they didn't she basically said I was lying. So now, not only do I NOT have a washing machine and a way to do laundry, but I have a company that does not want to help me. So, I called the manufacturer! And within 15 minutes not only was my issue solved, but I had the most pleasant conversation. Oh, and thier comments about Appliance Connections and their dealing with them was not in any way favorable. So, long story short... DO NOT buy from Appliance Connections. There are to many other ways to find great products at great prices. I will never make the same mistake.

Continued story line from July posting about the lack of customer support for appliance I have paid for, was lost and Appliance Connection will not issue a refund. PLEASE CONSUMERS BEWARE. This company will not offer customer service when you need it and only give you lip service with unprofessional and poorly trained staff. I do business with Best Buy, Home Depot, and Lowe's and have had superior support for issues that have occurred over years of business. Do business with Appliance Connection at your own peril. Tim

I would give no stars if that were an option! I had a new dryer delivered in May, came damaged and I'm still waiting for them to pick it up and refund my money! They absolutely will not refund my money until they get the dryer back! It's been 4 months sitting here outside! I'm sure it's ruined! This is an $900 dollar dryer! Not cheap by any means! I will never purchase from this place again!

I contacted Appliances Connection to inquire about my order status. I had placed an order for a refrigerator on August 19 and the item was delayed reaching the Appliances Connection warehouse. I spoke with Martin and he was extremely helpful. He contacted the manufacturer to get an estimated time of arrival. Although I wish the date was sooner, I am very satisfied with how this is being handled. Martin offered to provide me with links to comparable items if I chose not to wait. Recognizing what a good deal I was getting on my LG refrigerator, I chose to wait and Martin told me that he felt that was the best choice since I was getting such a good deal on a top-notch appliance. Martin made me feel that my concerns were valid and completely reassured me that I will be receiving the item that I purchased at the price I was promised at the time of purchase. I am very happy with the customer service here and I will continue to purchase from Appliances Connection in the future.

I ordered a mirrored table from them that took forever to ship. When the table finally shipped it went to O'fallen Mo. Where it set for three weeks until I disputed with my credit card company.
The shippers delivered the box all beat up and did not stick around while my husband got it totally unwrapped. I called the driver before he was down the street from us because it was broken and he would not come back and get it. I called the shipping company immediately and they said a warehouse supervisor would call me. They never did call me back. I contacted appliances connections immediately and they did nothing. After several emails they offered to sell me the broken table at a discount. I told them I did not need a broken table. Now they claimed we signed two forms from the driver accepting the table. We never signed anything and the two papers they claim we signed only have a scribble on it and they don't even match each other! We sign our name on documents we do not scribble. I tried to handle this immediately when the shippers dropped the table off and didn't wait while we unwrapped it all the way but both the shipping company and appliances connection have done nothing to help me. It's a federal offense to forge documents and I plan to go after the shipping company. As for appliances connections all I can do is try and get my credit card to help me. I have all the records of the emails and phone calls and tons of pictures. This is a terrible company!

I purchased four appliances with Appliance Connection including a Maytag dishwasher. When I registered -with the serial number of the appliance - the dishwasher, I learned that the dishwasher was already registered to another customer. Another customer -- PREVIOUSLY OWNED!
APPLIANCE CONNENCTIONS DELIVERED TO ME AS NEW -- A PREVIOUSLY OWNED APPLIANCE!
When I learned from Maytag the situation, I immediately called into Appliance Connection to report the issue and spoke with *. She said she would investigate and get back with me. It's been four business days and I have heard nothing from *.
Two days after my report, I received an email from * at Appliance Connection. Unsolicited, she sent a copy of my order. I replied to Lequese and explained the situation. I told her I was working with * to resolve the matter.
Today, four business days after my report, I called in to speak with * and was told she was on a call and she would return the call immediately. It's been several hours and nothing.
I am completing a report to Better Business Bureau and consulting an attorney.
When I selected Appliance Connections over Lowes and Home Depot, I was hesitant because I was not sure of how reputable Appliance Connections is. Now I know --- selling "open box" as new and no service to answer for it. TERRIBLE!

Answer: The estimated delivery date is fairly accurate when applied to items that are already in stock at our warehouse (please note, this does not apply to items that are listed as Available). Please note, at the end of the day, it is still an estimate it can be subjected to changes, and not a definite timeframe.
Answer: STAY AWAY! We just ordered a $3,000 range from Appliance Connection. The range came damaged. The instructions say to start by removing the door. When the installer did this, the spring in the door bracket popped. First off, when you call you cannot talk to a person to report a defect. You have to use their ticket system. After a month of back and forth with their stupid ticket system, and the agent(s) contradicting themselves, they told us that it is obviously an installation problem, and they weren't going to help. Is this how you treat someone who just spent $3,000 at your store.
Answer: We ship over 1.6 million orders per year. Of those shipments, you have viewed an iota of complaints against our company. Likewise, the positive reviews also outweigh the negative reviews. It seems that you have signed for the delivery without inspecting the delivery, as we have advised you to inspect it prior to accepting delivery. With our agreements with the manufacturers, if there are any issues with the appliances, they would first be subjected to an assessment by a manufacturer certified technician. If the unit is truly, in fact, defective, they will replace the unit. If you are shipping the product back to us, we will provide a refund once confirmation is available that it is en route back to us.
