I buy i pad mini before 5 years and forget the inclaud password, either the backup email.
I communicate apple support and unfortunately nothing solved cause I didn't keep my invoice with me for 5 years!, this website ask me charge $28 after that $32 cause I don't have the invoice of my i pad mini, to open the i cloud lock, after 6 days their answer: ( we can't solve your problem if you dont have to recipt of invoice).
They reject to refund the money with fake excuses
Now I'm trying to get my money back from them

Beware this is a total scam they will take your money and provide no service
Once you pay the fee, They will then send a Further email saying need to use a premium service and a additional fee is required
Do not use
After being scammed I did find a legitimate company that provided the unlock and for half the price this mob ripped off me

I was so dumb I bought this. It's the scam everyone warns for. All the other reviews and other websites are fake too. I paid 17 at first to buy 'a ticket'. After the ticket, I had to pay like 35,- for unlocking because I don't know the previous owner. I bought that one and after 50%/3 days (fake counting I get a message my phone is stolen and that I need to buy additional service. Refund is not possible here. So I will make contact with my credit card provider for fraud, I am going to the police and I will put a review on every site possible.

People, please never use their "services". Appleiphoneunlock same as doctorunlock. I paid for iCloud unlock twice and got messages that they can't unlock it and my money will not be refunded. They just stole my money saying that maybe in the future will be a new service that will cost extra money and will be able to help.
At the same time they made my phones reported as lost/stolen although I checked on several sites many times before placing an order - they were clean! That's all about getting more money from you. Don't trust them, please. I have two valid order#'s if you want a proof of my words..

Proved to me a SCAM in my experience. I acquired some iOS devices from a consignment of corporate eWaste. Some were still functional, so rather than send straight to the trash thought I'd give this a try on one iPad. I first ran the devices SN and IMEI via various checking website to investigate if reported lost/stolen. All came back as clean. I bought the iCloud unlock service for USD $20. I was then a bit weary then when shortly after payment I received an email saying the device is locked to the cloud and need pay another USD $47. It wasn't so much the fee, but the sneaky method of luring customer to next step. Clearly I knew was locked to the cloud otherwise I wouldn't have purchased the cloud unlock service service! An honest vendor would have clear upfront charges. I paid the extra and 48 hours later received a note saying the device is "marked by Apple as Lost/Stolen". When I searched back on websites again using the same SN and IMEI, the SN (which I provided to Appleiphoneunlockuk) now shows the device is listed, whereas the IMEI remains clean. I wonder if these guys once you've given the SN or IMEI, then report the device as lost or stolen, then make off with your $? Just speculating on that part, but what I can state from fact from my experience that this site is SCAM. My bad for trusting. I don't think anyone can unlock from cloud bar Apple and anyone claiming to, like these people, are out to steel your $. OK my naivety for trusting, got to try things to learn. I'm offering this experience to others from my mistake.

This has been on the tracking for 90 days as of this writing. I availed the premium iCloud unlock for my iPad 4th gen last 11 Feb 2020 for an additional fee, which is on top of my initial availment of the said service. Their last reply to my follow up email after 30 days from 11 Feb 2020 was it could take up to 90 days. I waited since I have no use either for their voucher for a sim unlock. Please reply for an update on the status and deliver the service that is due.

They promise unlock for GBP 19.99 but the only thing you get is a referral to Apple Customer Service. Well I didn't need to pay 20 pounds for that did I? Then they ask for another 42 pounds for "premium service" - at that point I started reading their reviews which i should have done earlier.

Even if you pay the extra bucks you will get nothing in return, they will just tell you your device has been reported as "lost" or stolen. Avoid these scammers! You won't get your money back, only useless vouchers.

I submitted my iPad to be unlocked. Every time they requested more payment. The first payment was 27 USD, then 32USD, and the third one already 99USD and they did nothing. On the second payment they assured me that the premium service would unlock the iPad and I do not need to pay anything else. After a while I received the third email requesting an additional payment. When I requested the refund they refused and stopped answering my emails. DO NOT EVER TRUST THEM!

ATENÇÃO. Eu comprei pela internet um iphone 6s que não sabia que estava bloqueado! Para quem queira fazer o desbloqueio do icloud! NÃO ACONSELHO de todo o uso deste site. Fiz o primeiro pagamento, e foi-me enviado por email a informar a necessidade de um pagamento FINAL para conseguir o desbloqueio, passado algum tempo recebo novo email a dizer que era preciso o serviço premium (mais um pagamento) para o desbloqueio! Enviei diversos emails inclusive a propor o desbloqueio antes do pagamento do serviço premium, eu faria o pagamento logo de seguida como prova de confiança, já que eu tinha feito 2 pagamentos sem qualquer resultado de desbloqueio nem devolução do dinheiro, informaram que dão um voucher no valor que já paguei para usar em NADA que intresse e nunca mais responderam aos emails! Logo acredito que é um ESQUEMA FRAUDULENTO.

First off, I paid $27 and then a second payment was $42 and now they want me to pay for a Premium Service of $61 US Dollars, in total it will cost me $130 to unlock Apple Watch Series 2... I might as well just buy a brand new one for an extra $50... When I tried to make the 3rd payment they wanted to send a "Text Code" for verification reasons to a number that is not even related to my cell phone number!... When I "emailed" them to explain that there is no other option to make this payment and the cell phone number they have me listed under was "WRONG" because they want to send me a text code to a number not related to me the man told me to select another "payment" option, SERIOUSLY?! THERE IS NO "OTHER OPTIONS" TO SELECT FROM! BOTTOM LINE... STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE AS YOU CAN... I would have loved to continue sending my business to them if they took this seriously but all they want is your "hard earned money" for absolutely nothing in return!... So glad to tell my other friends "NOT" to do business with these scammers!

Now they're telling me the new 'premium service' is available for a further £49.99, but it may take a few months to process.

AppleIphoneUnlock - pIease organise a full refund to my credit card which is what I am entitled to under the consumer rights act 2015, since you are unable to deliver the service promised at the initial contract purchase stage.

I do not want a "refund as a voucher for you to use towards another service" or "a discount if you do wish to proceed with this order", I want my money back.
