Easy to navigate website, clear and precise information on products.
It took a few weeks to get my order, which was a little inconvenient, but the products I ordered were of good quality.
The freight company lost the order and when I received it it was damaged. APlus has replaced it. Eric and Chris was very helpful along with everyone at APlus.
I placed the order, which was no problem. I was told the material amount, tax amount, shipping amount. I received the material fine. Then about 2 weeks later I got a email with a charge run through on the credit card that was for the shipping amount again. I called in and they said the shipping costs were wrong. It seemed to be similar to the amount I paid the year before. The person I talked to said they under charged for the freight. They did deduct some money off, but is frustrating to be quoted a price and then change it on you after you received the product.
