Booked any van to move 8 pieces of furniture. Mainly bedroom, but 2 heavy dining room pieces. Good Communications. Arrived on time. Extremely Careful. Taking time to load. They drove a mile to the address to unload. Unloaded very carefully & placed furniture exactly where I wanted. Taking several pieces of furniture upstairs.
Driver & Mate. Absolutely Perfect & Professional. I cannot thank them enough.

Efficient, professional, genuine and reasonably priced. We used Anyvan yesterday, to move our garden pots etc from one address to another. From start to finish, Anyvan made the entire process easy and in fact we were so impressed, we are planning to use them again, for the next stage of our house move. The booking was straight forward, information flow throughout was exemplary, the men who did the work were prompt and utterly professional, treating our much loved plants with great care and the fee was reasonable. This company takes all the nervousness out of the process of moving one's treasured possessions from A to B. Highly recommended.

Used AnyVan for the first time and everything about it exceeded expectations. If I could give 6 stars, I would. The Price, the communication level and style, the people - everything just perfect.

Happy was quick and polite and helpful will 100% use again when I move all my stuff arrived fine and in perfect condition and good prices as well.

Anyvan are an incredibly manipulative company and lack any sense of responsibility for the behaviour of their drivers.

I had a house move paid for, the drivers show up and demand that I tip them directly because the schedule of items is different from what was on their manifest despite me a) having changed it with anyvan and b) the amount I'm paying staying the same because the overall amount of items is the same (I took boxes myself, had a bookshelf they needed to take instead). They refuse to take a wardrobe that was booked on without me paying a tip, so I hand over £80 in cash for them to do the work(about 15%). They leave this wardrobe to the end and subsequently I have to destroy it so I can remove it from the property as the new buyers move in that afternoon. The drivers wouldn't give the tip back.

I raised this with Anyvan on three occasions and each time their call centre said they'd look into it but they are unresponsive.

In the new year I'll be opening proceedings against Anyvan for the cost of a replacement wardrobe and the tip return

Made a booking over the phone, time slot 9.am to 1.pm, when i received confirmation email they quoted time slot of 9am to 17.51pm. When i phone to tell them this is not correct they said that i would need to pay extra £38.00 to change this. The agent who took my booking never said anything about the time slot was for pickup only... also they wanted to charge me extra £10.00 for picking up from the first floor. In total they want to charge extra £48.00 on top of £56.00 i already paid. The pick up was only 15 minutes away however it took them 8 hours to deliver furthermore when the wardrobe arrived it had a long scratch from one end of the front to the other end sadly. The wardrobe was immaculate before delivery now it looks sabby & de-valued. It should of been a simple job to pick & deliver only 15 minutes away however Anyvan.com choose to put my wardrobe in full van and drive it around London for 8 hours before delivering it.
Tracking... the driver never answers the phone.
Customer service... i had to wait over 30 minutes before they answered the phone.
Online chat was not helpful.
Poor service all round... if you what stress free service i do not recommend ANYVAN.COM

The guys who did the house move were fantastic, they went above & beyond. Motorbike mover was really helpful too. All 5 bikes after other drivers let us down

From getting the quotes to the pick-up and delivery, this service was carried out with great efficiency.
Highly recommended.

Easy to book online; choice of van sizes and driver or driver plus mate. We had a very helpful and efficient two man crew. Hiring a manned vehicle is more expensive than self-drive, but not that much. However, saving the time in not having to pick up and return the van, plus not having to lift and carry makes it well worthwhile. Anyvan provide an excellent service at competitive rates.

Great all round service from selecting the best date and best price for me to getting my car collected and then delivered. Delivery tracking app is 100% spot on all the way. Driver was polite and professional. He even explained how he was able to reverse his truck right up to the address for easy collection. I liked the fact that he wasn't like "his your car unloaded I'm off" I have already recommended anycar to a couple of my friends. Would definitely use them again. You even get a courtesy phone call and text the day before letting you know name and a photo of your driver and times of there route etc. Top man Aaron. Thank you

The customer service team was always so helpful on the phone. I would suggest measuring all your items correctly to ensure you have booked enough space. The delivery team was amazing! It was a full long day for them with a 200 mile move of a 4 bed house and everything went smoothly and nothing got damaged! Amazing job and well worth the money for less stress! Well done.

Really happy with the service I received. We were late to meet the driver at the storage place we were delivering to as my phone froze and I didn't get his message but when we arrived the driver was super relaxed and didn't make us feel bad or anything. They have a great offer of student discount. Great customer service. Fantastic company.

Good communication, driver arrived on time and was very helpful and courteous, no problems at all, vehicle arrived safely and was unloaded to a suitable position.

The booking system was a little more complicated than expected but worked well and updates were clear. The service on the day was prompt, friendly and efficient. Good value too!
