I discovered ANTonline when I stumbled on a list of places you could buy new, limited stocks of Xbox Series S|X & PS5s back in early 2022. Once again, they came through with available stock of PS5s that are not marked up for highway-robbery prices. They are fair, process orders quickly and ship fast at a very competitive price. I would have no qualms giving them more business. They earned my loyalty.
The product you are adverising is not what you are fulfilling. In fact I am going to file a complaint with the better business bureau and the FTC for fraudulent business practices.

I ordered this bundle back in Dec. Of 2020. It was sent to be and the package was mis-delievered by UPS. This act has nothing to do with ANT-online.
However, after filing a missing package claim report with UPS and going through few weeks of UPS doing their investigation, it was determined in jan 2021 to be mis-delievered to the wrong address by driver and was unable to be retrieved. This was verified with GPS coordinates that are logged with each stop the UPS driver has. I was in constant communication with Kimmy *** at UPS Corporate Customer Relations dept for months.
There were multiple contacts attempts made by me and Kimmy from UPS to reach out to ANT-online regarding this matter. Kimmy sent all documentation to ANT-online such that they only had to fill out the missing package claim form and then ANT-online would be reimbursed the $909 dollars which they could then refund to me.
ANT-online refused to contact me back until JUNE 2021... 6 months later... and refused to fill out the form.
I finally had to file a claim with my credit card company in order to get my money back. I will never do business with ANT-online ever again. A simple task to fill out form for ups (since they were the shipper) in order to get reimbursed so they could reimburse their customer for the missing item. ANT-online wouldn't even lose any money ask it's a loss on UPS. And ANT-online STILL refused to fill out the claim form after the investigation was completed. Horrible service.
Here is the final response i had with Kimmy from UPS Corp. Cust. Relations:
"Thank you for your additional correspondence. I am sorry to hear that this is still not resolved. As previously discussed, this package has been confirmed as lost and claim number ****** was issued to the shipper on 01/28/2021 because all claims for lost or damaged merchandise must be settled with the shipper. I have again sent them the claim notification via e-mail and they will receive it within 90 minutes. The e-mail address it was sent to is *******@antonline.com and it was sent to the attention of UPS Claims. They are also welcome to reach out to my office if need be with the tracking number and we can provide them with the details of the claim. I can assure you that under tracking number **** there is a claim on file despite the package being delivered because it was not received by you. Regardless of whether a package shows delivered or not, if it can be confirmed that the receiver did not receive the package UPS will issue and honor a claim to the shipper of record. I hope this information helps.

1st off, It doesn't tell you the return policies until after you buy the product nor does it state they can change parts without your knowledge until you buy their product. I spent almost 2k on a gaming computer and it was sent to me with the gpu bracket not secure which, damaged the graphics card, there was no SSD drive and no windows Home 11, on top of that, the motherboard was not working, the company did not securely pack the pc and charged me to return it and didn't refund my total amount bc the box was opened, now how am I supposed to know if everything is correct if I dont open the box? They sent me a broken pc and I had to pay for them to repackage it. I even spoke with MSI support and they said they never heard of this company and I need to send it back because they broke it.
First time ordering anything from ANTOnline (Gigabyte 4080), and it came quickly and in perfect shape.
To ANT's credit they sent me a more expensive drive with a built on heatsink so I had to remove the factory heatsink off my motherboard (not my initial plan)... On the other hand the motherboard purchased from NwEg was non-functioning so at least I'm not dealing with two RMA's!
Xbox X didn't download games. Had to send it back.

Worst customer service I have dealt with in quite a while. I bought a ps5 bundle. The code had already been used. I was told to reach out to sony support. They denied the claim and said to ask for a refund or replacement. I called ANTonline 4 times each time telling me I would hear back by the end off the day. 5 days have gone by and now when I call it goes straight to a message giving their operating hours even when I'm calling within those hours and it hangs up. I got screwed and they did nothing about it but continue to say we will get back with you. Now I can't reach them at all. Terrible!
The box didn't have enough material to protect my ps5, it only had a little but of paper on one side of the box. I got lucky my fedex driver didn't damage my package.
