I called customer service 3 times in a span of a week. They say to email *******@antonline.com. They say there is nothing they can do over the phone. They are basically robots. I emailed the support email 3 times, but there is never any response. Beware before buying because there is no customer service and they do not care.
Bought the computer on Thursday and it arrived by Monday. Their prices are decent to good overall. They box up and send out the items fast so even though they're in the east coast it arrives in the west coast at an orderly time period.
I am writing this email because ANTOnline assumes I have the product. They use FEDEX to deliver products and require a signature. I was home on day of delivery, but then I get an email from FedEx that no one was home and did not leave the package. So I thought I can just call FedEx to have them hold my package at one of their stores. Simple right? NOPE. FedEx states "Due to shipper restrictions, additional delivery options are not available for this shipment. For more information please contact the shipper." I can't manage the delivery so I can tell them what time to arrive at my home or to please hold it at the office and I will pick it up. So, I contact the shipper and ask them to please allow FedEx to hold the package at one of their locations. The customer representative that answered on 5/30/23 at 12:10pm said there is nothing he can do. He cannot change any information on my order. I explained the problem with FedEx and he repeated he couldnt help. He said, FedEx will try to deliver again the next day and if I still miss the delivery, then the product will be shipped back to ANTOnline and I will receive a refund. WTF. I don't want a refund. I want my package. Yes, I like that it requires a signature for safety concerns. But please allow the customer to manage the delivery from FedEx so we can make other arrangements. I have to go to work. They deliver during work hours and I have no idea when. This is unnecessarily stressful. If only the seller would allow FedEx to manage the delivery. I will not shop here again.
I was a bit skeptical at first but I looked at some reviews and took the chance to buy one. It came only a few days later (8/10/22). Many more months later and I have no issues and came with everything that was shown. Overall a very satisfied customer!
After placing the order they sent me an email verifying the purchase and provided multiple updates through email about my package, when it would be shipped, its location throughout the shipment process, and the eta of my package.

If you have never taken the Harvard Law program on "How to screw the customer" then you will probably accept without reading. In layman's terms it says " Our commitment to you the customer ceases when we ship your product. We kind of hope that you will get what you paid for but if that is not the case then it is not our fault and we will not accept any responsibility".
I purchased a new desktop computer system. From the time that I started to set it up, there were problems. I called their tech support. Response:- you must call the manufacturer. I called the manufacturer and finally managed to speak with tech support. After a couple of hours trouble-shooting with no success they determined that the system had to be replaced. They issued a repair code.
Me:- do you send me another?
They:- did you buy from us?

They:- Then you must call the seller.
I called Antonline, gave them the case # and advised that the system had to be replaced.

When my RA was authorized I discovered that I had to pay shipping. I fought that with Antonline and the manufacturer to no avail. I had to pay shipping.
Under the terms of Antonline, -when a product is returned, they charge a 15% restocking fee, There is no exclusion for defective goods, I fought that clause with BBB and my credit card company and was successful. I did get a refund. I learned a lesson that week.
