While the package arrived quickly, we were very disappointed that there was nothing in the main box to prevent the contents from rolling around. This wouldn't have been a big issue if it was a cheap or non-fragile item, but a ps5 shouldn't just bang around in a big box like that. The boxes inside were dented so it shows they weren't handled kindly by UPS. A little filler to stop it from sliding around would have been nice especially since replacing the ps5, if it had been badly damaged, wouldn't have been easy.
