I ordered an Xbox series x which was supposed to come with an elite controller. I've yet to receive it. Customer service said it was being re shipped on 11-17, still nothing. Never got a ups tracking number as i requested several times. Called to see what's going on and customer service hung up on me after saying i had to email someone who's email i didn't have. Now approaching Dec 1st and i have no clue where my controller is and still no tracking information. I just want what i paid for and a little transparency with the shipping and arrival. Company seems to have no urgency in getting this situation fixed.

My experience with antonline was amazing I was a first time customer ordering a Xbox series X I ordered it on a Monday and it came thursday that same week this company is amazing and I will be back shopping with them again!
It was a welcome surprise to get right in purchase the Xbox Series X with no issues at all. I'm hoping to be able to get a PS5 as well. I haven't lost all hope yet.

I was lucky enough to get the ps5 bundle from antonline. As many of you know it was a struggle to secure one with all the hype but antonline came through big.
Overall all experience I'd give it 5/5. Shipping took about 1 week so the anticipation was killing me having to wait but nonetheless happy I was able to secure it.
My purchase went fine and the product turned up quickly. However, I had some issues contacting the company:
1. I never received a confirmation email with my invoice details
2. I initially emailed their customer support asking if I could cancel my order - they never replied
3. I asked them to send my confirmation because I'd never received it - they never replied to that either
So their customer service just seems nonexistent.
