Ordered PS5 and couldn't be home for delivery tried to redirect or get something done. I can't be the first person who ordered from them who is single and has a job. Refused to work with me or allow me to route to a UPS store where I could pick up item. Wouldn't allow me reorder it so I could get off of work and be home for it. Very slow email response, didn't even respond to a couple of emails I sent. Wish I never I ordered from here. Had chance to get product from Best buy but was waiting for them to respond to emails about reordering. Never ordered from a place that cared so little for customers. I guess when they sell a PS5 they know they have you over the barrel.
I lucked out with a restock through the site. The shipping was incredibly fast, having only taken 5 days from order confirmation to deliver (over a holiday weekend, no less). The only "issue" encountered was that I had to take a day off of work to accept delivery. A signature was required, understandably, but I was not able to specify a time window for delivery; nor was I allowed to have the order rerouted to any other address (which would have allowed someone else to sign on my behalf). Rerouting the package to a UPS store wasn't an option, either. All of this was due to restrictions placed on the order by the seller; it just put me in the position of having to lose a day of work to accept the order. Otherwise, the order experience was perfect.
Quick and easy, they even shipped my order fast! I was racing to get a certain product and their website works amazingly.
There I was with a notification that PS5 bundles were in stock…shock over came my body…would I be able to get one? Would I check out and be told there were no left? Wow the mystery the excitement. Bam…I purchase…boom 2 days later it arrives. Amazing.
