Or ordered my ps5 from antonline in September. I was a little skeptical because of all the bad reviews but I decided to take a chance with them since they are listed on Xbox site as a retailer. I'm so glad I did because I got my ps5 with all my games and an extra controller 2 days after launch day! Many people still can't find a ps5 anywhere! Antonline is legit fast shipping and great customer service!
My son was ecstatic to get this system. The only thing is when I called Disney+ to find out why I keep getting an error code when I tried logging on is they claim that it's not compatible even though it's loaded onto the system.

When I first saw that ANTOnline, a company I'd never heard of here in Los Angeles, had PlayStation 5s for pre order, I didn't even care, I wanted one so bad! So I plunked down my hard earned money, and then nothing...
For a couple of hours, money taken from my account, I didn't have much from them. Then finally a confirmation came that admittedly sounded a little sketch, asking us not to contact them about out order, and that that email was all we'd receive. And it was, until Sony delayed a game in the bundle shortly before launch, which prompted them to update everyone, but it also finally provided some comfort in the form of them saying all their pre orders had actual consoles that would ship.
I just got back from living in Japan for 13 years, so my expectations for customer service here have been unfortunately permanently raised, but, they delivered, no pun intended, a week after launch.
Only removing one star because of the lack of contact early on, but, I got the PS5 in the end, issue free.
Solid delivery and great communication as needed. I have to say i was worried about this coming for a while. However they arrived before my expectations and the box was perfect. Will be giving ANT a try again in the future.
I tried numerous times to get a console on other sites and big names stores. A friend of mine told me to check you guys out and I'm so happy I did. Transaction was smooth and delivery was on time with great communication. Provided tracking and all. I'll def buy from you guys again thank you.
Pre-Ordered a PS5 bundle, invoice was sent shortly after entry, item was shipped along with shipment notification as was communicated by the seller. Shipping time was also as communicated and item showed up in a good state.
Only Con is that the website was half broken during the pre order process and couldn't be sure if the order actually went through or even if multiple orders had gone through until the invoice came.
Overall a good experience and I would recommend this seller.
I'm glad people decided to pass on this site because they're relatively unknown, it allowed me to easily obtain a PS5 with no hassle. Arrived two days after launch day. Customer service reps and the Twitter media team assured me that my order went through and I would be getting my PS5. Overall really easy transaction. Just wish they added a little more bubble wrap in the box.
While other retailers were selling out on PS5 faster than you could check out. I was able to Secure one on ANTOnline and received it just in time to enjoy it during the holiday.
