My ps5 preorder was supposed to be shipped 11/12 but shipped early 11/10 and was here by 11/13 witch made me very happy! They went above and beyond my expectations, so many people were Skeptical but I'm glad I put my trust in them!
Great easy ordering experience for a lucky PS5 pre-order! Shipped the package super fast and arrived quickly as well. Only thing is shipping items should be WAY more secure. Using a cheap extra large box that's not firmly packed with anything makes items move around during shipping. My package arrived with a PS5 game underneath the console. Could have easily broken the game being crushed. Use common sense during shipping and separate small items also. Other than that great sale!

It was quite unpleasant to see others who did get it and have all their enjoyment so much more before I could. I had plans, things that I envisioned dashed away. And those days watching the ups progress bar making no progress. There are truly no more heroes in this world. Other than that arrived in good condition.
