Ordered in September. Got it a week after launch. Saw some people who ordered the week of launch and got it significantly earlier then I did. Kinda lame.
Probably the best company to order electronics from very good about communication and fast shipping.

While I didn't know about ANT Online until this purchase, I was very pleased with my experience. Ordering was easy, customer service kept me informed on changes to order (which were very reasonable, no big surprises) and timing of shipping.
Everything arrived on time. No issues with my order whatsoever.
Saw Antonline on Microsofts site when preorders went live and I failed to get a Series X at "regular" retailers and was able to secure a preorder. After the initial email confirmation Antonline sent no other updates and I began to think I had been scammed. Calling them assured me (mostly) that I wasn't but other companies would at least advertise to me after getting an email address. I also don't know why they couldn't promise delivery for launch day like ordinary retailers but I received it two days later in perfect condition. Overall the experience was ok, but Antonline needs some more focus on customer service communication to truly compete in 2020. They don't need to go full retailer or anything but some sort of order communication would have been appreciated. I will however at least check out the site come my next big Microsoft or computer purchase in the future.
Easy to order and received notifications to keep us up-to- date.
I received my items safely, but I had a couple minor issues:
1) Most importantly, when I received the box with my items, there was no padding inside to keep the smaller items from bouncing around and getting damaged. Luckily they all appear to be fine.
2) ANTOnline said my items were shipped on a Tuesday and would be delivered that Thursday, however based on the tracking it seems as though UPS didn't start shipping the items until that Thursday, and they eventually showed up late Saturday night. I don't know if this is ANTOnline's fault or UPS's fault, and the shipping time could have been worse, but it irks me when combined with the fact that I had to pay for the shipping to begin with, compared to other online retailers who don't charge for shipping.

I pre-ordered a PS5 disc console and game bundle from ANTOnline and it was delivered promptly and securely the day following release! Email updates were clear and concise leading up to the release. I would not hesitate to order electronics from ANTOnline again.

I was apprehensive because I handn't heard of the site and there were some less than favorable reviews. I took a chance and preordered a PS5 bundle. My experience was great and I recieved my bundle earlier than expected which is more thsn can be said for many large retailers selling the PS5. I wont hesitate to order from antonline again.
