Purchased a Lava HD800 antenna from them. I installed it to replace my broken 40+ year old antenna. After installation I was not able to receive half the channels as before. I moved the antenna and had the same results. Tried to contact customer service for technical support with phone calls, text messages and emails for three weeks. No response just text messages stating that they would respond. Their website makes a lot of claims that they don't follow.

I bought the lava 8008 antenna with the bracket an extra cable. I put it together and installed it 30 feet high up on my house like suggested. It only gets about 20 channels only one or two local channels which my flat $15 antenna gets 40 channels I tried to call them I tried to email them I tried to text them I get no response from anybody. The customer service is terrible I'm not even going to try to return the antenna for a refund because they won't even call me back to give me a tip to try to make this antenna work better I would not recommend this for anybody.

Absolutely no response to phone calls I made to Antenna Deals other than a "canned" text each time I called over a 3 day period. I wanted to return the antenna for personal reasons and resigned myself to the fact that I would never see a refund. I gave up and personally sold the antenna on-line. Terrible way to conduct business... stay away from them.

I purchased an antenna from this company that was damaged when it arrived. They asked me to send it back and pay for the shipping. I should not have to pay for shipping on an item that was damaged when I received it. I finally broke down and sent it back after several correspondences with the BBB and still have not received my refund. I will never do business with this company again and I advise no one to do business with this company

I purchased a HD 8008 antenna to replace a lower powered antenna that picked up 8 channels. Could not pick up any channels. Tried calling, could not get anyone, did not return the calls. Filed a claim with BBB. They contacted me, said they had contacted the company and was told they would refund my money. I sent the antenna back. Cost me another $18 shipping. Never heard from them. No Refund. They are a bunch of crooks. Don't waste your money ordering from them.

Have called at least 50 times now over three weeks, I have emailed them and I have responded to their text messages asking me to call them at *******444 andto date i have TWO WRONG orders and zero return communications and an antenna that does not work as described.
To maintain complete transparency this is not my first antenna from them it is my third, the first two worked great, but the omnidirectional one does not.
I would exchange it for one i know works, but thatcwould require them to return my attempts to reach them which has not happened as of this post. I wilk continue my posts daily in an attempt to get their attention or to warn customers away from them because of this experience.
The first order did not come with the 30 feet if cable and even after I was able to reach Jimmy, the guy on the webpage, I received another 4way splitter instead of the control module Jimmy stated he was sending. Now i have a nonfunctioning antenna and nobody seems concerned enough to return my repeated calls.
I have no personal malice against them and did not provide the 5 star review they request so you can receive a 10% discount on your purchase if you do provide them a 5 star review. Which I now suspect is tge reason they have such a high google rating, because they are paying for it.
To be clear until my issues are fixed I cannot recommend anyone to do buy anything from them as you will get no support after the sale.

I received the antenna in a USPS Priority Mail box that was open and held together with a rubber band. The antenna inside was broken, there were no instructions in the box and everything was just thrown in. I called customer service, left a message, and got a text back. I replied to the text with my problem and the photo, but then nothing. I replied to an email asking for a 5 star review, and got an email back supposedly from the CEO asking what was wrong, Again I replied with the problem and a photo and got nothing. I eventually followed the website instructions, got an RMA and paid $15 to ship this piece of junk back. So now they have their broken item back, since it was insured when they sent it, they recoup their shipping plus the retail cost of the item, while I meanwhile am out in the cold with no product and only a partial refund, I hope as my credit card statement hasn't come in yet. Save yourself the aggravation and avoid this company.

Product did not meet my expectations so the product was returned. Followed website instructions, received RMA #, packed and shipped in original materials. Shipped on January 7th, 2020, product was received in Texas a week later but no refund. Emails, phone calls all unanswered. If the product you order does not work for you I would just give it to someone else to use because it is doubtful you will ever get a refund from this company.

I ordered LAVA HD2605 Ultra 4K motorized outdoor HDTV antenna for 69.95 on April11 and on April 20 I received a package from them. There was no antenna in the package only a Lava Converter Box which I did not order. From April 20 to the 23 I have called and e-mailed them with no response. I have no other alternative but to get the better business bureau involved to fix this issue with them. I live on social security and 69.95 is a lot of money for me.So please learn from my experience and stay far away from this company Joan J

My issue is not the antenna working it's about the refund and being completely unresponsive. Started trying to contact the company 12/12/19 by phone with 5 additional attempts. Email 11 times to sales manager and 8 emails to their returns manager. I have followed all of their instructions which came with their RMA on 1/24/20, was returned by USPS on 2/5/20 and according to tracking number it was received by them on 2/7/20. So almost 2 months later they have my antenna back and have a temporary credit through the credit card company. Their website says they respond in 1-2 hours is a joke.
