It was so easy There is always something to pick from. I enjoy the ease of ordering.
Ordered 3 blouses in size XL. Loved the blouses but upon receipt, realized their sizes are very generous, not skimpy, so needed to exchange items for a size L. Went online at their website and used the "chat" option which allowed me to explain the problem to a live person. Promptly received the replacement sizes. Do recommend the chat option as opposed to trying to use the survey. In my case was much easier.
Both services and quality are great. I am returning 1 dress as it is to big. I normally wear a size 14 so I ordered 1 in large (12) and 1 in XL (14). The XL is more of a 16 or 18.
Love your clothes. I love my top. Your clothes are so different and pretty.
No where on their Home Page or Order Summary Page does it state that their RETURN CENTER is located in GUANGZHOU, CHINA. Therefore, the customer is responsible for ALL RELATED RETURN CHARGES, INCLUDING CUSTOM FEES, which can result in HIGH RETURN COSTS TO THE CUSTOMER.
Front side and app ARE easy to use - doesn't determine excellence of product- I received the wrong size, the delivery was fine and customer service was fairly OK as well. I was really disappointed in what was advertised and the product - especially color and pattern comparably speaking. Oh and the wrong size.
Communication problems with customer service. Your products are not what you represent. Sizes are not correct. Shoe products are junk. I will be donating everything I've purchased from you I will need them wear them. I won't recommend your clothes at all..

I reordered these jackets with the white furry stuff around the outer edges. The beige one had that but the others did not. They were the same color all over.
The material is pretty, but was so not the size it was labeled
Expensive shipping ( shipping to Canada). Great styles and colors. Clothing is affordable.

Be aware that if you buy from this company, unless you want to pay for shipping back to China.You are stuck with the clothes. After complaining they were willing to give me 35% back off a 150$ order. I will never order from here again.

Lot's of material to chose from it was pretty easy to navigate. This being true, the material of the clothes is very strange. It is very thick, I really don't know how to describe it. The sizes are also odd.
Answer: The return address on the package is New Jersey but if you want to return it, it has to go to China. That costs about $25 in shipping

Answer: Save your questions on how to order the correct size and just DON'T order from them, the quality is crap. I sent pics of what I received versus how they are portrayed on their site and their reply did not answer to my issue of the quality, but to the cost of the return and how the return cost to CHINA is the customers responsibility. Please take heart to the reviews you are seeing from those of us who have already been scammed by them and avoid the temptation of the low prices. You get what you pay for!

My question is how is that out of 500 customers reviews from multiple sites say the same things and all had the exact experience. Negitave and posted a bad review. Dont listen to those positive reviews. Annie Cloth are posting fake positive reviews to help them get customers.

Answer: O-M-G! SCAMMIE-CLOTH! Soooooooooo very much a scam. Don't think for ONE MOMENT that you will be one of the "lucky ones" & get the clothing you viewed on their site. It doesn't exist there. If you get ANYTHING, it will be a chinese knock-off of reputable clothing, pure unadulterated junk. IF you get it at all. They will not accept any returns & if you sre persistent enough, will offer you $5 To keep it and have it "altered". This site, NoraCora & others are rotating scam sites. Do your homework & I'm sorry you spent $700.
