The ordering process was Quick and easy, I needed to be patient to receive products. The product quality unfortunately was inconsistent. Sweater is soft, comfy, one sweatshirt is perfect to size, no shrinkage in cold water and no dryer, but another is smaller than sized (same size as first sweatshirt) in the shoulders and arms and different fabric... the jeans were the biggest disappointment. The fabric was... brittle... and the jeans tore immediately. Just putting them on fingers went through fabric..

Very good experience and i will continue to order merchandise just as I have in the past.

Thank you it was fine. It took a while to get product but was pleased with it. I would've liked more communication from y'all alerting me on delivery.

Easy to buy but delivery took longer than expected

I had bought a few times from them. Their clothes design is very trendy and I love it. No regrets. Will continue to buy from them.

They say they accept returns but you will never actually get your money back they go round and round. The fabrics end up being not what they appear to be in the pics. The fabric is thin and the sewing is either incomplete or poorly done.

Love the tops and sweatshirts I've ordered from this site. The fit is true, the colors bright, and the designs very creative.

Everything was good! So many beautiful shirts, it was hard to choose.

Easy so nice to shop online this is my first experience so will see how things are if good I will be doing more shopping... received the clothes was not too happy with quality and the sizing was not what I expected.

I would rather pay more and get something of quality. I have not had this experience with other companies at the same price point. I won't buy again.

New experience with Annie Cloth. Don't think I want to do it again almost a month waiting didn't know if it was coming or not. Difficult trying to track them But thanks for lady with the chat that help.

Very nice items, larger than expected. I wear normally German 36/38, UK 10. M was much too large, so that I had to reordet in S.

I would never, ever order a small size. Second order I have received that all tops were small. Two orders I could not return so I had to pay for them anyhow. I am on a fixed income and that hurts.
That was my last order forever with Anniecloth.

They attached the tinsel with hot glue, and I can't get the glue off the sweater. I had to take the tinsel off to wash the sweater. I guess it is a one time sweater.

Waiting for 25% refund on 2 items. I was offered to get refund then this letter came asking if i got my merchandise. I received about a week ago that i would get the 25% refund on both items

I liked that I could just sit back and shop, and the prices were fantastic!

I received in a timely fashion but the actual sweater was a disappointment. The color was off from the website and the material was thin and cheap feeling.
