The worst clothing products I have ever bought! The sweater is not even a sweat but on polyester with similar pattern! I can't even give it away. Not only did I wait 3 months and still haven't received some items but can't believe the clothes they sent me! It's fraudulent and not the same clothing as the ones in the photos!

Order was never received and the customer service is a joke! I wish I would have read the reviews before I spent almost $100! I will be reporting them to the Fair Trade Commission since the order was coming out of China. And now I know why I should stick with buying things made in the USA!

Don't be fooled by this company. I ordered 4 items back in October- 2 jewelry & 2 clothing. A month later, I had not received the order so I emailed a complaint. Another month went by and I received 2 necklaces in two different shipments which were obviously shipped from China. I emailed several more times about the clothing. I did receive an email which looks like an auto-response with tracking #'s for international shipping from China, however, the shipping site has no record of the tracking #'s. It's mid-Jan and still no clothing. The necklaces sent were as pictured. We will see if I ever get the 2 pieces of clothing. I'm hoping my credit card information was not stolen but believe I was scammed. It's not worth the risk, don't order from this company.

The only thing good about the cloths here is the pictures on the web, which I suspect they stole from another business. The sweater I bought was a baggy, scratchy, dull, poorly constructed thing that I wouldn't have bought for $5 at Goodwill; nothing like the website. Shame on me for not reading reviews first. Should have known better than to pay this Chinese company for this junk. Beware!

Feel scammed, asked them for free return shipping label & refund due to misrepresentation; received an email offering 15% refund, will not send free return shipping label; not acceptable for misrepresentation, insisted on full refund and informed them of my intentions. Do Not Order from this company!

My bad for not checking their reviews before ordering two sweaters. One white color block sweater had a peculiar odor and huge gaps between the three front buttons. The other sweater was supposed to be "red" but was more of an orange color and so short it looked like I was wearing kid's clothes. NOT AS PICTURED. I asked for a refund and it appears they are running out the clock on the 15 day return window by repeatedly requesting more information from me "We have received your inquiry. To better serve your needs, we would like you to provide some additional information regarding your order." They never explain what information they are missing and there is no phone # listed. Contact is email only with a 24 to 48 hour turnaround on their end. We are on round 4 of email tag and no closer to refund. I have provided them with the order #, the SPU #s of each item, the sizes, the colors, the date I received each item (shipped separately), and the reason(s) I want to return them. OK I just got my answer, via email of course... I have to send the stuff back to CHINA. Here's their exact wording.
"Our return center is located in Guangzhou, China.
According to our return policy, the customer is responsible for return shipping cost and any other related return charges (including possible custom fee). Your refund will be processed after our return center received and inspected the return package."
"Since International return might result in long waiting time and incur substantial return cost on your side, we recommend some alternative methods to resolve this issue.
We would like to offer you 15% cash refund instead of returning the item(s). If there are any sizing issues, you can use this fund to alter the cloth."
"If you still want to return/exchange the package, you should email us for a return label within 7 days, the aforementioned deadline.

Going to cut my losses and go for the 15% refund. NEVER AGAIN! I am warning EVERYONE I know about this "company".
