Lovely looking products in the photographs; inferior when seen in real life. Wooly-looking gloves were actually nylon; wooly hat not as long as it appeared; more like a beanie; top appeared long in photo, (brushing top of thighs), on arrival it is much shorter, barely clearing the hips. Material is very thin. Casual trousers had a really nice fit on the model in the picture but no so nice on me. They protrude at the hips and are narrower at the bottom of the legs. Not attractive. This is not because I am much heavier than the models. (I know they probably weigh 90 lbs.), but I am only 10-20 lbs heavier, (a normal size woman) and the fit of the garments are just not the same. Everything seems to have been skimped on quality or fabric.
My purchase shipped almost immediately and took a few days to arrive, which is much faster than most online boutiques. Overall, my experience with this website was amazing.

After several weeks, I tried to cancel my springtime order of summer dresses but was told that wasn't possible until after I received the merchandise. Then, after the box arrived in the fall, I refused acceptance (according to postal protocol) and the box was automatically returned to their carrier. Even though they had written that I could get a refund after receipt, they now wrote that there would be no refund. That purchase ended up costing a lot of my time and attention, as well as $90 US.
The good thing about the site is the price of all the clothes are much cheaper than in most of the online stores. The quality is good, and the reps are always forthcoming and helpful. I am grateful for the many clothes I received from this online boutique and I plan to get even more!
