I have had a roof leak for years and have contacted at least 8 professional companies and two individuals to repair it. All of them failed and none of them returned to try to remedy "their" repair. Then I hired Roof Above the Rest and my roof, that leaked in two places, was fixed. The owner returned to check on the roof and make sure it didn't leak. He was honest and trustworthy. I highly recommend this company and appreciate the work and concern for my problem.

I found the new Angi site difficult to navigate. The whole review process was unnecessarily confusing. I did not like that had to provide date of service and cost in order to complete the review. I feel that information is private.

I have stopped using Angi's list entirely because do not like your new process. I dislike having to answer so many questions. It is cumbersome, intrusive, limiting, and not at all helpful. After my last search I received multiple phone calls. I will choose who I call. This service no longer seems to aimed at helping the consumer.

I have never in my life encountered a more pushy sales person in my life than with the Angi rep that called me on the phone. I politely declined her offer and she very rudely complained that I wasn't "investing in my company" "I just don't understand why you wouldn't want to use this service" "It's only $299." because I didn't want to pay for Angi to be my middle man. If I was one day looking to join, just based off that unpleasant conversation I will definitely will not be in the future.

Promptly came to my home and diagnosed a problem with the fan. Within 20 minutes the technician was able to tell me what the problem was... a faulty fan that blows air down into the fridge. They ordered the faulty fan and was able to get it cooling marginally before they left. They came back 5 days later and replaced the fan. This refrigerator is like new now! I had to turn down the refrigerator setting because it was freezing everything! THANK YOU, GUYS! Very professional staff! I have nothing bad to say! Excellent work! I'd 100% use their services again! TOP NOTCH!

Aaron and his crew replaced a hail damaged roof for me on my previous house 20+ years ago. When I experienced roof leaks on my current home, I didn't even think to call someone else. The crew arrived on time every day (before I left for work) and told me what they would be working on that day. If they were in the midst of something, they stayed later until they were finished. Cleaned up at the end of each day and hauled all old shingles and other debris away in their truck. Before they even started, I added new gutters to the back of the house and matching shingles to a shed in back. Some of the repairs they had to make were extensive and they did an excellent job! I will always recommend AD Roofing.

I signed up for Angie Leads 2 months ago and have continuously received calls and made calls to tell them to take grass cutting off of my account due to the fact that I DO NOT CUT GRASS. Nothing was ever done about it and all the leads I received were for grass cutting. They charged me over $800 dollars for said "leads", that I don't do, without any warning and no emails or phone calls about it. They refuse to refund half of it back to me and said the only thing they could do would be to give me a $200 credit towards their services which I already cancelled. Such a scam! Nothing different from all the nasty things Home Advisor does. They changed their name and branched from Home Advisor but are just the same. Seems like they were just trying to escape the nasty reviews to screw more people over.

I am getting older and arthritis limits many physical activities, especially house cleaning properly. These ladies came in and tackled the job with grace and professionalism. They did a phenomenal job on my large house that has been neglected. I so look forward to their regular return.

Booked a plumber to install a faucet and garbage disposal. I got a great quote. Angi requires that you pay in advance and asks for your credit card number information over the phone. That was the first red flag. This is a very unsafe practice and should be banned.

The day of my appointment between 10am and 12pm, 1230 rolls around and no call from the plumber and no show. I called the customer service number and was passed between three call agents in the Philippines who repeatedly asked me the same questions over and over. They apologized and one found out through GPS tracking that the plumber assigned to my project never showed up to work. They had no idea of course until I called. There was no compensation for my day off from work unpaid and a total waste of my day. Angi should be avoided. Angie's List was reputable. Whoever bought and runs Angi needs to relook at their business model and put customer service back into the equation of their business model. NO ONE has reached out to me from Angi to address my concerns even though the call agents said they would. Avoid Angi! Avoid Angi.

I was scheduled for a job and then postponed 3 times with phony excuses and then cancelled because an "emergency". We planned and changed our schedules 4 times and then angi's pathetic excuses. Their bad service will spread around our friends and neighborhood.
