Ed was polite, professional, on time and extremely thorough. He was patient and really took the time out to explain all of his findings after the inspection. He made me feel very comfortable to ask any questions as well. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything in terms that were easy to understand. His report is very detailed with photos, videos, and 360-degree photos of the interior of the home. He uses an infrared camera that did detect a leak from the 2nd floor of the home to the 1st floor of the home that may have gone unnoticed without this type of equipment. Highly recommend!
Wes was professional, personable, and punctual. He did the best job of this kind that we ever had.
Hired a contractor through Angi to do dry wall repair and extensive interior painting. The contractor did an excellent job, and I would hire him again. Angi's list is a valuable resource, but I do not like the current format that emulates Home Advisor. It is very tedious to have to go through all the questions about your project before you can see recommended contractors. I much prefer the old setup where you could get to a local contractor list right away.
They were great guy did a great job clean up the mess I would hire them again and I'm going to I need flooring put down just waiting on bathroom to get done I really appreciate them doing the job so quickly
Optimized search. Found exactly what I needed and got the service done in a timely fashion.
Installation of metal roof. The roofing crew worked steadily without incident and did an outstanding job.

It doesn't post my review. Doesn't explain why its not posted. Takes forever to load. Poor customer service
Service was quoted for $113 and credit was charged for $194.43. Service was not completed on date and time booked but was one day later. Customer service could not cancel the appointment and refused to refund the difference. Spoke with Rofel, Laura, Andrian Genita, Erlyn Siarot, Vignesh.
I used Angi to contract snow removal services, and the service provider sent me a message stating that she could not do the job, and that I'd have to cancel the job myself or she would be charged 90 dollars. Contractor was very rude on the phone. I had to call Angi, and they wanted to charge a cancelation fee, which after some discussion was waived. The whole experience was very unprofessional, I'll not be using their services again.
I had hired a contractor through Angi's List ahead of a major snowstorm in my area. I thought everything was going as planned. The contractor contacted me asking if they could be a little later than scheduled. I accommodated them. Then 3 hours later the contractor contacted me saying that they were not coming at all. I contacted Angi's List and was told tough luck. No help was given at all, not even an apology. Do NOT trust their contractors to show up!
They were really prompt and professional. They did an awesome job cleaning as well. I would recommend them to any one.
Spates's Maintenance & Cleaning have been doing a great job with my yard for a while now, especially since I'm severely allergic to grass.
On January 26th 2022 I called my local Roto-Rooter and explained that I had a clogged kitchen drain. The woman I spoke with told me that she could have someone out that afternoon. I made the appointment and inquired about their pricing structure. She said that "it depends on the job."
That afternoon the technician showed up. I showed him the problem and he told me that it would cost $565.00. I was shocked and I freely admit that I agreed to the price since our sink could not be used and had also started to leak due to the standing water. I know I could have told them to leave, but I didn't (had I known the price to free a clogged drain at the outset I certainly would have shopped around). Less than an hour later the problem was solved. The average plumber in Westchester County charges around $175/hour. When I called the local Roto-Rooter this morning and related the above I was told that, "that's the standard price for a clogged drain ($565.00)." Why were they unable to tell me this when I called initially? She said that it is Roto-Rooter's policy not to give prices over the phone. I feel that this is a disingenuous business practice that is in place to take advantage of customers who are anxious to have their plumbing problem resolved as soon as possible, before further damage can occur. This is just like someone selling bottles of water for exorbitant prices after a natural disaster or N95 masks for $20 each during the pandemic. I emailed Pat Swanson at customer service and got a non-response. I then telephoned and left a message and got no response. Telling, I think, that they would not comment on their pricing structure before or after the job.
Can't even get a quote without typing in your address for junk mail or even worse, solicitation via your front door! Went online to look up averages for having a house sprayed and couldn't do that without filing out information that is basically online phishing. I wouldn't give out my information to a phone caller why am i giving it to an online site that has horrible reviews for giving out information they shouldn't be?
We had four different windows installed and they completed their work and cleaned up so fast! These windows are beautiful and open/close easily. The new screens are great and you can hardly see them!
Angi provided me with numerous companies to obtain quotes. This went very well and all the companies were qualified. I talked with four companies and selected the one I felt met all my requirements and I felt good with.
Excellent and efficient service. I would definitely recommend Angie's service.
Needed some cleaning done on my house and Mr. Devante Jackson did a great job. I was very pleased with the out come.
Answer: You'll have to contact the website directly. They don't monitor the Sitejabber website. Try to see if you can get them to delete your profile. If not, I would contact the Better Business Bureau or the Attorney General's office or another state law enforcement office in your state. This sounds like fraud to me (but, I'm not a lawyer).
