All installation of flooring and interior painting was great. All work was not rushed and it was done right.
I am now on my fourth call with Angi within the last two weeks. I told them NO in the first phone call and they will not stop callling. They talk down to me about my own profession (I'm a cleaner). This last call was enough. "Dave" ended up borderline screaming at me when I told him no and ultimately hung up on me threatening to give my jobs to someone else. He got very aggressive and insulting. He also to explain basic math to me like I was 4. Do not do business with this company. They will steal from you promise things they cant give. Run your small business yourself.
I am delighted to say my experience was worth while, the service was quick, neat, and clean. I will be using them again soon.
Very easy to navigate thru service page. I was very pleased with Angi, will definitely use this company again.
I needed someone to come out and put in a gate and some chain link fencing. I was told that the contractor would contact me regarding what materials where needed and the cost of the materials. The contractor Gregory B. Never reached out. So today when I want to cancel Angi's list wants to charge me. Not once was I advised there is a cancelation fee, but that if the contractor failed to follow through. I still have to pay the fee! Total crap!@
Javier, s tree service did a great job trimming and removing our trees. They did a good job on clean up as well. Their pricing was also very fair for the job done. We would highly recommend them. If you are looking for a professional job well done, give them a call.
I have now had two very good experiences with the services that I have used that were recommended by Angi. This is a very good service so far.
It's a turkey shoot at best. You never know what you're going to get. Handyman, Crew, homeless guy trying to earn a few bucks - who knows? The customer service is the pitts. It's impossible to reach anyone that can actually help. Just minimum wage automatons reading from the script, reciting the same unhelpful lines. Use these guys if you must.
I definitely recommend David Brunelle from done right home improvements. He just finished doing some projects for me. He takes his time, spends all day if necessary. He does a remarkable job. Does not even leave a mess. Cleans up when he is finished. And always makes sure you are satisfied with his work. Anything you need done, he is the one to call. No matter how big or small the project. Call David from Done Right Home Improvements. Very reasonably priced as well. Great Job!
For a company that exists to share info, it is sure hard to leave a review. Took me 4 tries, and I'm still not positive that it worked.
They have billed me over 1k for leads in 10 months. I have not visited or responded to any leads. I've called and been convinced to pause my account. The account turns on 90 days later and I keep getting billed. I've called today for the same dilemma I had 90 days ago. A296$ bill I want credited back to my account. They've explained there not willing to do so.
Whatever technicalities are involved. It simply is theft. I don't want leads in Delaware I've explained that. The account turns on. Out of all the bills. I asked credited for just this recent one.
They keep insisting to update my leads and area. They have no shown any responsibility in any of this.
I've asked my account to be paused for 90 days after this occurrence and it wasn't (paused for 30 days) so again they would have did this to me in 30 days.
I will say I was offered a credit for this recent bill. However who would want to continue with a service that hasn't helped you. After experiencing all these lead services I would say Yelp is the #1.
Home advisor and Angi leads is unwilling to keep clients growing it's more of a scheme to take money contractually agreed to perfect scenarios where the contractor gets beat.
I wrote a lot but what's important is they've done nothing to help me. I received 2 leads on 26,27 the 28th I called and expressed I did not want any leads or to be billed for them. Today the 1st I was billed for them. When I explained to the customer service and supervisor teams look you can see I called but you cannot refund me. Your pretending that I'm deciding I don't want the service after receiving bill…yet you can clearly see I called a few days before th bill to express my concerns. When do they want to help you? As I said this all seems more of a plot to scene money out of pros rather than a company helping company's grow
Job well done, on time and very good work done. Would definitely hire again for more work.
It was wonderful learned alot from Jonathon he IA very good at what he does if I ever have another problem I will call him first
I got limited responses to my requests. But the worst thing has been the number of spam calls I get ever since using them. Obviously they sold my info (maybe I should have read the fine print). About 10 spam calls a day ever since using Angi. Definitely NOT worth it!
Working with the customer service team at my Angi was one of the worst experiences with a company I've experienced. They are difficult to reach. When you do reach a person they're difficult to understand and they offered no solutions. I simply wanted a confirmation a house cleaner would show up at a specific time and they said they work with independent contractors so I guarantees. All in all, I have no idea how they're still in business. Think before you book!
Thanks for let us know about companies in the area
Excellent! I am very happy with the job Ray did. It was a joy to have him make our carpet beautiful again. Ty hank you so much.
I quickly searched for roofing repairs and got 5 possible candidates. However, only one, Shanco, did minor repairs on roofs - all of the four other candidates only did complete roof replacements. I wish I would have known - instead I had to call the four before I found Shanco! Perhaps you could refine your search criteria - as I did enter 'roof fascia replacement' - it did not filter out the 4 vendors that only do complete roof replacement.
Easy to use and review set up covers everything. Wide range of service companies and firms to choose from.
Answer: You'll have to contact the website directly. They don't monitor the Sitejabber website. Try to see if you can get them to delete your profile. If not, I would contact the Better Business Bureau or the Attorney General's office or another state law enforcement office in your state. This sounds like fraud to me (but, I'm not a lawyer).
