I had a bad moving experience in the past, Let's Get Moving just showed me what it should have been like before! Matt and Damian were beyond great, very profession and efficient! Estimate was dead on and I can't say enough, how great my experience was!
I was with Home Advisor and closing leads. Ever since Angi took over, I've had 47 leads since January 1st, 2022. Not one job did I get. Wrong number, voice mailbox full, can't leave message. No one is returning my calls, text messages or emails. If I do get someone on the phone, they hang up on me, or wants to pay next to nothing for a large home. I've been getting jobs from the Nextdoor App and word of mouth. What do I need Angi for. 47 leads!
They arrived on time. They were affordable. They attend to the problem right away and I will be having them back for more repairs.
I was looking for someone to Install a pool liner
The on line quote was 376.00. I was ok with that set it up on line for 4/27/22. With in a half hour some guy called to confirm the time and date he then tells me the price is 896.00. I questioned him about the on line quote. He stated they don't go by that, needless to say they weren't hired and I will never trust them. It's a switch and bait scam.
We bought a house in November in Pana. The basement had some water issues, no flooding but water seepage all around. We started getting estimates and Sure Dry got our business. They were here at time quoted everyday for a week. During the work some issues were found, wall had some cracks and was bowing some from water in wall,
They came back today to shore it up at an added reasonable cost to finish. Don's crew was very polite. Hard workers with no playing around. They made sure they kept the house clean as possible from the dust, dirt, and them having to come in and out with tools, concrete etc. We couldn't be home the whole time and we fully trusted them with our house. Don walked us through every step of the way and a walk through at end of each day so we knew what was done and what was to be done. Don and crew put our cabinet back together, hooked up faucets and drains, hooked washer and dryer back up and checked for leaks. So far we are 5 stars satisfied with confidence that we'll have no water leakage but if we do it is guaranteed. We would/will recommend them as the ones you want to dry your basement. Thanks Don and crew! Satisfied customers!
Very good they did good job and good affordable price nice people
I had a bad experience with one of the companies they recommended. I called Angi to place a complaint. After being routed to 5 different departments, I was told that there is nothing the could do and I should write a review about that company. I wasted 2 hours of my time hoping to get some satisfactory response which never came. Will NEVER use this company again!
Was a Pro for Angie Leads I received several leads. Tried to follow up with the home owners never could get in touch with them. I requested a credit and wasn't granted the credit. Feel like it was a bogus lead generated by Angies leads to be honest to charge their pros. No wonder they are so successful, terrible company to say the least. Please save your money your better off without them.
We looked to Angi to find a reputable painter to paint our newly purchased home. We immediately got two responses and had two very professional companies contact us. We were able to hire Franklin's Painting and he was able to start within two days! We are once again very happy we looked to Angi for services we could trust and depend on!
Great company, prompt and professional. Will call them again
I like the old way of choosing a contractor better than the way Anji works now. In the past, I could search for contractors for a particular service, read all their reviews, and decide whom to choose myself without ever making contact with any of them. The new way is like Homeadvisor in that merely searching causes contractors to call even before I get a chance to scrutinize all of them beforehand. I don't like that.
Quinones Drywall was easy to reach and available to answer all my questions. He did the job as requested and on time.
We moved into our home several months ago and realized our deck was not protected from water intrusion (it wasn't flashed). We found Ben of Lord Family Development through Nextdoor. After having him come out and review the job requirements we hired him to do the work. Ben was amazing. He gave us a fair bid, came when he said he would, kept the work site clean and completed the job in a professional and thorough way. We have a fence that needs to be rebuilt and we will be having Ben do the job. Besides having an excellent work ethic, Ben is a pleasure to be around.
These guys are a bunch of lying, cheating, stealing scam artists. When I reluctantly signed up, the guy told me I would only pay for the leads I responded to and we're accepted. Then sent me on my way. These scammers screwed me out of almost a thousand dollars even though I never even opened any of the leads. 1 month of bs fake leads with absolutely no information on them for almost a thousand dollars. They took all the rest of my money for the month. Then when I contact them they ghost me and don't answer the phone. Then when I finally get through they tell me they will refund me because it's in the 31 day probation period. Then when I call back they change it to a 3 day probation period.
Angi leads is a scam, it may work for some but beware they will not work with you in any way.
$#*! them.
Great people and reasonably priced. Would hire again for sure
Was told i was purchasing my ad to be on angi pro ads when officially got in motion it took them a week to get my profile ready so that a week wasted and $500 a month and i dont make thast a month from them yet and my first month is almost over and i made $250 out of $500 i spent my first month and i stressed to the agent shalone carr that i hate leads and she said i would have a pro make me a profile using my pics and would explain what i do that never happened either so they will LIER to make a sale and i think the plateform has 90 percent fake or misleading LEADS so it a big waste of TIME AND MONEY my honest opinion
I indirectly used Angi today to request a quote for a retaining wall we want installed. I entered all the information about the job when I submitted the contact page for a contractor on-line. Nothing was said about this being Angi or Home Advisor.
A while later an operator from Angi called and asked me what I needed done. I repeated everything from the original message. She said I wanted brick repair done and the quote was $795. She obviously had no idea what I wanted, so, I said to forget it.
Angi is useless!
Answer: You'll have to contact the website directly. They don't monitor the Sitejabber website. Try to see if you can get them to delete your profile. If not, I would contact the Better Business Bureau or the Attorney General's office or another state law enforcement office in your state. This sounds like fraud to me (but, I'm not a lawyer).
