Some leads are't real, leads keep on coming even if paused so they keep charging your credit card, some leads you call and the jobs are already done by someone else, and to cancel de account you have to pay all the leads you din't use and they still send you another closing fee on top of that, don't do it! Print flyers and give to friends will be more efficient you will regret sining up with this crooks
I signed up with Angi ads to get leads for my roofing company, they Charge me $450 a month and said I would get 4-8 leads well they took my money and gave me ZERO LEADS! CONTRACTOR BEWARE HIGH PRICES AND NO LEADS! LIARS
The worker came on time was very polite had an idea too what was going on he took his time with the operation doing a great job
Great customer service., Went out of his way to contact me and give info. And price was good.
Terrible! No way should anyone be forced to create an account to post a review of a job! Submitting name. Address and email should more than suffice gif verification! I've lost any faith I had in Angi's list because of this
Andrew is a very nice, kind young man. He built me a new mailbox/flower box just the way I wanted it. It is spectacular. I am sending pictures to my family and friends
I had two bad experiences out of two times using Angi. So then I figured out that I should review Angi before testing Angie reviews. So googling and looking for reviews of Angi I discovered: "Consumer Reports Says You Can't Trust Angie's List" Too bad. I'm sure some of the businesses reviewed on Angi are great, but there is just no way to tell as most of the revenue of Angi comes from the businesses being reviewed.
Quick response to my request for an estimate, very competitive pricing. Arrived to do the job in only two days and the job was done in one day.
I had plumbing and electrical contractors listed on ANGI provide estimates for proposed work. Then I had contractors I got from Home Depot and Menards flyers come out and provide the same estimates, for the same work. Long story short, I saved in excess of $6,000.00 by having the work completed by those contractors whose flyers I got from Home Deport and Menards. Home Depot and Menards did not recommend a contractor. I did the homework myself and SAVED BIG TIME.
What about actually caring and respecting your hardest working employees instead of harassing them? Support and collaboration is something this company needs to work on. Instead they are focused on trying not to pay their sales reps because they do not know how to do good business. I made a career out of treating contractors the way they should have been because no one else at Angi would give them the time of day. False advertisement and lack of care results in contractors in debt and upset. When a rep stands up for what is right, they will shut you up and get rid of you for something that is commonplace. Do not trust this company. They put on a good show, but behind the scenes it is a scary and scummy place. They encourage aggressive behaviors and fire you for things they trained you to do. No wonder the turn over rate is out of control. And someone who was 100% dedicated gets fired for working off the clock. When there is proof that this is the norm. This company only cares about the bottom line. I saw endless contractors go into debt because of Angi's mistake, and they refused to make it right. Very sad.
Setting up the appointment only took one phone call. A nice young man came out to view the problem with my switches at a home I'm renovating. He had the problem diagnosed and fixed before lunch. His pricing is hard to beat and he don't mind telling you if the job is out of his scope of practice.
Yeah are terrible. I saw price of 68 up. It offered a 20 percent discount if I purchased immediately. They kept calling during this process probably from inputting my number. But a rep called offered a even lower price. Provided by card details and they attempted to bill me over 200 dollars immediately. After promising you don't pay till after the service. And where the heck did they pull that price. Scam.
Matthew's a good salesman, takes his time to look at everything, writes details, discusses benefits of system, got the paperwork done pretty quickly at our dining room table.
No one came, no one called, no one emailed. Canceled the service. Never heard from them even after I recived an email saying they would contact me with 60 minutes
I wanted to use a firm vetted by Angie's List. And I found one: Zillo Refinishing. We were COMPLETELY satisfied. Thank you, Angie!
Very fast and easy. I need to get some work done and the next day I had a professional at my house looking at what I need
I was very satisfied with the him work. He went over the driveway 2 times to make sure that it was clear. It looks so much better. Will hire him when needed.
Answer: You'll have to contact the website directly. They don't monitor the Sitejabber website. Try to see if you can get them to delete your profile. If not, I would contact the Better Business Bureau or the Attorney General's office or another state law enforcement office in your state. This sounds like fraud to me (but, I'm not a lawyer).
