1 CANCELLED MY ACCOUNT THEY CONTINUED TO CHARGE ME FOR SO CALL LEADS
2 THEY WOULD SEND ME OLD LEADS THAT WERE MONTH OLD JUST TO CHARGE MY ACCOUNT!
3 LEADS WERE OUT SIDE MY WORK AREIA CONSTANT PROBLEM!
4 EVERY TIME I CALLED THERE WAS A INDIAN PERSON ON THE OTHER END. THERE BASED IN INDIA OUT SIDE OF THE USA DO NOT USE ONLY USE USA COMPANIES!

This place cancelled on my disabled mother the hour of them coming out to clean we will never use them again and I will post on every social media site there is and also have my husband take himself off of there as being a vendor! Horrible horrible service

My pro no showed at the time of scheduled service. Angi rescheduled the service. I received a text from Angi's list at the time the rescheduled service was supposed to happen that the pro called out last minute. They automatically rescheduled the appointment to a time that I couldn't do. I responded to the text to cancel the service because they are unreliable. I also emailed them to cancel the service. I had rescheduled my day 2x and they no showed and cancelled at the last minute. I thought that was the end of my experience with Angi's list. Then I received a text from another pro saying they would be there for the rescheduled time. The pro would not accept that I cancelled the service. The pro said that they cannot cancel the service. I told them not to come to my property and they would not confirm that they would honor that request. I completed a ticket online to cancel the service. I called the support number to cancel the service and was disconnected. I emailed the support link in my text. After multiple emails, I finally received a confirmation that the service was cancelled. At this point, I realized that they took out to full cost of the job from my account. Stupidly, I had given them my charge card number because they said they needed it to hold the job and would only take out money when the job was completed or the cancellation charge if I cancelled within 24 hours. I immediately cancelled my charge card so they would not take out any money for the rescheduled service because I read online this had happened to other people. I trusted the company because they had decent reviews online. However, I looked a little closer into the Consumer Report reviews and realized there were A LOT of reports of similar experiences by MANY other people. I have been scammed. Even though their ratings seem good, this company is very risky to do business with. BUYER BEWARE! Please don't use this company unless you want to experience this frustrating and financially draining problem. Yes, I still haven't received a refund for the services that were not provided. They have not responded to my emails. I am working with professionals to get my money back. I want to let other people know so that you are not taken advantage of too.

I tried to contact a provider with Angie no one showed that yet they're charging me an exorbitant amount of money. Don't use Angie they rip you off

We are very happy with the work done by Bernardy Lighting LLC. Micah, the owner, is wonderful and professional. He met with us more than once to discuss optimal lighting placement. Once the lights were installed, he followed up immediately that evening to see if we were happy and if any adjustments needed to be made. The company is committed to making sure you're happy with the work they do, which I appreciate. They really exceeded our expectations.

If you live in the New River Valley, Roanoke area or within zip code *******, I would highly recommend Christian Bishop for any home repair, upgrades or any electrical work needed.
As a retired educator, I have used Mr. Bishop several times for personal projects and also he did excellent work for two organizations which I am a member.
Our organizations were pleased with his professionalism, his details to work, very reliable and his concerns to customer satisfaction.
I would highly recommend a man with quality work habits and reasonable prices.

Angi worker sent an un skilled worker to our house to install a tv unit. He wasted 3 hours of our time and couldn't get the job done. And the worst part is that angi didn't make up for the mistake and fix the wall or refund the cost of fixing it. I don't recommend that anyone uses this company and ill make sure I share this with everyone i know and on all social media platforms
