As a business we have gotten some jobs from them, but 75% of the jobs we receive are misaligned with the services we provide. Angi Leads does not refund us for the majority of these. They also make you choose from too broad of categories. This is one reason why we get misaligned leads. I've asked them to make simple changes like providing more categories, but they choose not to. They make more money forcing businesses into broad categories. The fees add up quickly and almost put us out of business. If you are a business look for leads elsewhere.

Horrible service, customer support even worse. They don't even come close to living up to their promises in any manner.

Plumber cancelled morning of appt. Have attempted twice to get refund on my credit card with no results! Worse service ever!

I had to scheduled an appointment to have my grass cut it got rescheduled due to some problem with the equipment then when it was rescheduled the day before somebody came out to my house broke my gate open took it off damaged it and then proceeded to cut my grass I called the company and the company said they didn't know who was there because it was scheduled for the next day and they were not sure what kind of business doesn't know who is coming out on their behalf and damaging my gate like that by taking it off and disassembling it to get into my property without authorization is breaking and entering now I have to prove who it was what the damages are and pictures Etc before I can get it resolved this is not the company to hire nor is it to get any services from

During a house cleaning operation the cleaner broke the towel rack and ripped out drywall and didn't even clean the floors I had to tell her to clean the floors

I was promised leads every month that would lead to jobs after starting the service with Angie's the leads we were given that were either already contacted, the work was already done or nobody ever picked up. This continued for about three months. During which time I called, emailed and spoke with many many people who did absolutely nothing to try to rectify the situation. And when I finally got upset they switched my "client success manager" (what a joke) nice lady but had zero clue of my issues (no one said a world to her, great customer service right?) ALL THEY WILL DO IS TAKE YOUR MONEY AND MAKE EXCUSES. Why do you think they make you sign a contract? No one else does!?. This is straight up 100% fraud and a scam do you not use Angi Ads ever. You will lose money and that's it

We are truly upset with the service only because we are new business owners and was trying get more clients. With that begin said Angie Leads will send us Leads that do not even go with our business than want to charge you an arm and a leg for that one Lead. Angie leads are like a catch 22. Once you sign up they send you what they want first when it comes to the leads it can be small leads that can be charge on the credit that you still have to pay, then they will up the leads and charge your credit 40.00 for that Lead. Also, remember once you get a lead mostly it's not for you or they will never answer and you still losing money. YOU CAN NEVER GET MONEY BACK from Angie Leads. They will kept charging your card, but tell you that you can't get money back, they can give you only credit. When you Cancel they will still charge your card for the leads that you will never make money from. Angie Leads will make more money from you only by charging you, and you will not make money from them. They are nonchalant scammers and once they take your money and really don't mind doing so or they don't care. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. If anything do flyers, cards, billboards, social media. Don't waste your money please.

After not showing two times to clean my place, the third time they sent a poorly motivated kid. I liked him, and thought he was doing a good job, but a few hours after he left I started noticing he had not done a good job cleaning. They charged me more than one hundred dollars for a two hour cleaning job which looked more like a fifteen minute express dust up job. Never again. Angi, keep your lack of diligence and responsibility to yourself. Also, keep your attitude under the lid. Thank you.

Discovered FB Electrical Services when getting our generator installed. They agreed to take on separate wiring jobs that others had either refused or botched. The electricians were confident, competent and enthusiastic in solving our ancient wiring mysteries. Office staff, likewise, surpassed all expectations in responding and supporting our efforts to transmit payments "the old fashioned way". Can't recommend this team highly enough.
