The service was great. Antuan Cain did a fantastic job installing the hot water tank. He and I went to the same church 20 years ago. He recognized me but i didn't recognize him at first.
Our springs broke on our garage door. From the prompt call to the quality of service in workmanship, we are so happy with everything. We would definitely recommend for anyone in need of garage work.
We were scheduled for cleaning service at our home on 9/7/22.20 minutes prior they notified us they were not coming. That did not stop them from charging our credit card. We followed up and they promised a refund, but it did not come through. We followed up several more times, more promises, no refund. We filed a credit card complaint to get our money back. Now they refuse to refund the money for the service they failed to provide unless we give up our protection rights through the credit card company. We have experienced their failure to carry out their promises, and thus, they have our money and refuse to give it back, despite no service provided.

Hard for navigate in system, i think you should be make more simple
We highly recommend Blue Ribbon Roofing. John and his team are extremely knowledgeable and efficient. We had roof damage from all the storms over the years here in the DFW area. John managed the process thoroughly from start to finish. He came out for the inspection, dealt with our insurance company and we had our new roof within a month of starting the process. If you want to hire someone that you can trust and that has your best interests in mind then look no further than Blue Ribbon Roofing!
