I can not say enough how pleased i am with this company. I needed to replace some broken concrete on my sidewalk. They scheduled the work within 2 days. Crew arrived on time and everything was completed in a timely fashion and clean. If you're looking for a quality job at a reasonable cost, this is the company to choose. I highly recommend them.
I am an officer manager of a Florida home inspection company. We opted to try Angi to help promote the business. In Florida, we have Wind Mitigation and 4 Point home inspections. They can run between $75-$125.00 an inspection. Angi's representative, that sold him on the idea to list, told the owner that it is $300 for the annual membership and the charge per lead would between $16.00-$28.00. However, this has not been the case. They have taken 35% to over 50% of these inspections with their individual lead charges (regardless of if it goes through or just a quote, even in some instances where they needed a completely different type of inspector, i.e. From the city- they would not refund him the over $50.00 lead fee) in addition, the distance driven. I am reaching out to the BBB as I would really like to know how they would feel with someone taking 35% to over 50% of their paycheck! Not to mention the cost of gas, sometimes having to travel 45 minutes or more. This is unacceptable. The owner even reached out to discuss this with Angi's and was dismissed. Again, absolutely unacceptable. Robbery.
I bought LVP from Truth Flooring thru Brandon Matthews. The flooring is beautiful but the installation, quarter round and molding is awful. It's edges are jagged, not at a 45 degree angle, doesn't line up, and a couple of rooms the installer didn't even do the trim. This floor was VERY EXPENSIVE and it has lumps and dips in it along with the poorly done trim. Brandon asked for ALL the money up front, which I should not have paid as most companies ask only a percentage down. Therefore, when I complained I was told Steve could come back and fix/finish the work, I refused bc he should have done it right when he installed the floor. Also Brandon told me he could get someone else to finish the job but didn't know when he could get someone. I told him my house has been torn up since Aug 2022 and I wanted my house back. I thought he should offer me a refund or pay the person I hired to clean up the trim and the nail/staples in the floor. Brandon said he couldn't offer me a refund since he allowed me to switch flooring bc the first flooring I didn't like and even the installer told me it was cheap and he wouldn't put it in his house. Brandon claims he lost money on my job since I switched flooring and he reordered another type for me. Which I did appreciate, however, I think only about 2-3 boxes were opened before the installer brought the product to my attention. I paid Brandon well over 20,000 and got crap workmanship. Think twice about using this business.
Job was not done. They charged me 3x as much and refused a refund. They lied about minimum hours when asked on the phone. Avoid Angi like the plague. You will only deal with overseas phone reps who are rude and barley speak English. They refuse to give you to a supervisor.
To Whom It May Concern,
I was scheduled to have an electric fireplace assembled and mounted on 3/11/2023@ 11am but what I received was a NO SHOW. I called customer support (Cliff) and was told to call the pro assigned (Phillip C.) and work it out with him. Unfortunately, Phillip C never called, answered my call or bothered to call or text back. After calling customer service yet again, I was told I could reschedule for the following Monday. That is totally unacceptable and unprofessional considering I've wasted an entire morning waiting on a someone who is unprofessional. Absolutely not, just remove me from the que altogether because I am extremely unsatisfied with the lack of service I experienced. The review didn't deserve a star but unfortunately I could not rate any lower. Very unprofessional Angi's, very unprofessional. Never again!

The worst company and they are scam and fraud they don't give a real leads all their customers fake and they steal your money even if you ask not to activate your account never trust this company they made me pay $800 for customers they didn't answer my call or their phones and data was fake

He showed up on time. But he didn't fix the mower, he told me what was wrong with it. He did leave to go look for it that's what he said,but couldn't find it. Told me I had to order it. You can get your brother to put it on for you.
If you want customer service that gives you respect accuracy honesty this is the company you need to call. Service with a positive outgoing attitude. Gracias
I had a medical emergency which prevented me from attending the scheduled service. Provider had no trouble cancelling. Yet, Angi charged me $278 for a service that didn't happen. I called them to cancel. Yet they charged me anyway. The provider was actually happy about the cancellation because Angi misrepresented the project. He would have gotten $37 for the service. I disputed the charge. Yet it went through twice. Also unable to delete my card information from the app. Thieves!
I am an employee of Angie not a customer and let me start by saying this is a very rude and unprofessional company and I have never had customer service ever in my life like I did today. I worked very hard - deep cleaning for hours and I just wanted to know what I was being paid exactly. The first agent gave me a full break down.days later it said a deposit for $5 so I chatted in again and another agent gave me something totally different and $100 more then I even worked for.not to mention he told me the wrong amoutn in the first 2 sentences of the convo without even looking into it. Its a "professional business" but only paying customers are able to call and there is only a chat and email no phone number to where an employee can talk to anyone. The screeshots I posted explains it all, I am contacting all Social Media and the BBB on this one. I am in disbelief honestly. Pic 1-7 agent 1/ pic 7-13 rude agent (maKE SURE TO LOOK AT PIC 14 PLEASE! Pic 15 - 18 last agent (still didnt answer all my concerns/questions) I gave up.
Every single business I was connected to was extremely overpriced, even for my areas average cost it was way over the average price for my area by $175! That's $175 over the areas average cost! And I was only connected with one out of the five companies angis list recommended to me.
WORST COMPANY WITH WHOM I HAVE EVER CONTACTED! I requested some information a week ago and was considering advertising with them. After a very pleasant call with a woman, I told her that I needed a week to think about it. Since then, I was contacted at least 4-5 times and harassed about signing up. I told each rep that I needed time, and they tried to pressure me into signing immediately. On March 1,2023, I was called at 7:53am by Mike from Angie with another high pressured sales call. I said it was too early to be called and Mike said in a very sarcastic voice, "Well, what time to you start business? Why aren't you up now?" I ended the call. Mike called back at 10:30 am and began insulting me about not being up early to take his call. I informed him that I was not interested in using Angie's service and he again insulted me. I had to end the conversation and block his number.
This company uses a high pressured sales tactics and insults its customers. I have seen many reviews that say the same thing.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
I had a pool liner installed by ANGI services over a year ago and in the process the workers broke my ladder while removing it. I reported it to customer service immediately and still have not recieved any payment or agreement to pay for the damage. I am very disappointed in the way I was treated. We were excited to sign up for Angi with our business. We ended up wanting to cancel our service, and was met with VERY poor customer service from the Angi "Client Success" Representatives.
I contacted them requesting to cancel and was told I would be contacted within 1-2 business days. I got no response from anyone on the team within 2 business days.
I called back and explained I wanted to cancel, no one had contacted me back and the representatives would not help me speak with someone who could cancel the subscription. I was told, again, to "just wait" for someone to call me. I understand the cancelation process may "take time", but the lack of promised communication is the issue. No help from any of the representatives. And no help from my assigned "client success" rep who is not doing her job or answering or returning calls.
Very disappointed.
Recently, I was tasked with finding a pool service company for my job. I ended up plugging my information in on a website that dropped me off with Angi.com. I never received a single pool service estimate that was offered and what I got instead was hundreds of email and spam calls. Think twice before giving your information to these folks, but they sucker you with bait websites, so you won't even know you're giving your information to them until it's too late.

Answer: You'll have to contact the website directly. They don't monitor the Sitejabber website. Try to see if you can get them to delete your profile. If not, I would contact the Better Business Bureau or the Attorney General's office or another state law enforcement office in your state. This sounds like fraud to me (but, I'm not a lawyer).
