A excellente work and very good prices. I. Recommended the service. I am so happy my home look beautiful thanks.
So we had a portrait hung by Nathen Grayye a little while ago and he was great! I'm sure we could have figured out how to do it ourselves but being as though the entire portion is glass we wanted some professional help. He was prompt, remained in touch and was very pleasant. It wasn't like hiring a contractor to just come out and do a job and go home. It was kind of like having a friend come by and he just so happened to hang this portrait
I love my vinyl flooring from Molyneaux. Steve the salesperson was very patient when I was deciding on which vinyl went best with which LVT flooring. Steve never rushed me through all of the matching and looking at several different options.
The installers were awesome. Two guys came to install the vinyl sheeting. They were very polite and professional. They went over and above what I expected and my floor is beautiful!
Every time I walk through my laundry room, I can't take my eyes off of my floor. There is a seam, but their installation was so professional, that you cannot see the seam!
I can't say enough about Molyneaux and their installers.
DO NOT SIGN UP FOR AL AS A BUSINESS OWNER. They have stolen $2100 from me in a disingenuous contract. I began to question why my leads were not as promised, in quantity/budget/quality. Then I was told that I, an interior designer, was in the home remodeling category with architects and contractors, after 7 months. That sales rep was then magically no longer working for the company. After 2 months in dispute and "research" they claim, from recorded calls/investigation that they won't share, that I agreed to be in that category because Interior Design was saturated. So, they expect me to believe that I agreed to pay $2100 for unqualified leads.
I was told that I would be in zones of high worth - that AL clients are discerning and spend more. I received a quote for a closet in mid-town with a total budget of $2500.
The leads are garbage - absolutely nothing of quality or merit. I haven't spoken to anyone with a budget over $5k. In admission of their crap service they offered to refund me half of what I already paid, if I continued my contract or hold me hostage by charging 35% to cancel. They duped me, a sole proprietor startup, and continue to use the weight of their name to bully people into paying them more money.
Hired Ace Kitchen for kitchen remodel. Started out fine, was told 4-6 weeks, now it's been eight and I'm told 2 more. Neither the designer or the salesman return phone calls on a timely basis, if at all. Very disappointed

Hired a plumber Who had 4 stars they were the worst And not honest. They totally ripped me off. They got their snake stuck in my pipe. They they damaged the pip and they charged me $9500 to fix
S&B Plumbing in Sugar Land/Houston, TX replaced my hot water heater recently. They were professional, efficient, and cleaned up very well after the replacement. I highly recomend S&B for any plumbing job.

Hubby for Hire was great! Neat on time and could do all the small jobs I asked of him! They painted the dock. Replaced boards etc. also took a look my bathroom and fixed the leak! I am thrilled. Jeffrey and Elizabeth Striepling Cape Coral Florida
Outstanding service, third time I've used them on different home plumbing repairs. Immediate response to my calls.
Very fair repair costs and excellent work.
After years of paying 300 dollars a month to advertise with them, they changed their policy to auto renewal, without telling me. They say that they sent me an email telling me about this change, i never got this email, i can prove it. I have all of my email history. So when i called to inform them i did not want to renew, they said they would cancel it, gonna miss you. John never mentioned anything about an auto debit of 998.00 coming out of my business account! We are a small contractor and can ill afford these types of unanounced debits!. Going back, every year i had to docusign, pass a background check etc... so then they took 988.00 out of my account without my knowledge or consent for early termination. I am incensed, they reviewed it and declined a refund because of an email i never recieved. Never notified me of the change, until i did not want to renew. I told them i reviewed every email and i did not receive it. They have not responded. Pretty unfair to a loyal customer for many years, tens of thousands spent with them, never a late payment, in the end, they just take more, without consent, a contract or agreement. A simple courtesy call to make me aware of the changes would have worked, but i guess that would have reduced the chance of renewal. Im going to pursue this with every tool available to me, its now more about the principle of this then the money! Disgraceful.
Bradley builders, inc. put a roof on for me in 2019 every thing was neat clean and professional, very reasonable price. Very happy from pataskala ohio
Angie's List is a complete SCAM! They lock you into a subscription that is practically impossible to decline. You leave messages on their, "Automated Answering Machine," because they don't want you to speak to a an actual, living person. That may cut costs, but it's also designed to IGNORE-the-consumer. Angie's List is a complete farce & you should simply research on YELP or the BBB. You might be better off trying Craigslist or even standing on the street corner with a Sign!
Well I apply 4 days ago, and now angieslist wants to reply. I will never use angieslist again. I am sure the service company is a good company. My tip to them would be is advertisers in their local paper or phonebook cause the company didn't come up on the internet for service and stay away from angieslist. Its fixed now. Let's see 4 days for a response and 2 days to get to my house 4 days for the part to arrive and 2 more days before they can come back. 12 days with out a dryer pissed. Thanks for the help angieslist.
Since I signed up with Angieslist for essentially $295 / month as an Appraisal Company vendor, I have been let down by the lack of results. Initally they stated I would receive a couple per week but that is just plain inaccurate. It's really more like 1 call per month in Average.
The 2 reps ( Kenneth Floyd, *******@angieslist.com *******952) and Marshall Randall Mngr.,@ *******057 that oversee my account are just as inept with lack of power or know how to make a difference.
So stay clear of Angies List or Homeadvisor (same company) as 1 AngiesList under delivers and the other over delivers with weak leads (people just browsing) but you as the vendor gets charged regarless.
I am a pro on HomeAdvisor and Angie's list told me that if I signed up as a member I would no longer get leads charged from Angie's list to HomeAdvisor. Meaning if a Angie's list customer submits a request they would not package it over and sell it to the HomeAdvisor Pros. That is a lie. Today is day one of my contract and I am getting leads on my HomeAdvisor from Angie's list that have been sold over. Therefore paying two times for the same lead. Secondly, Christina Brown promised to give me a call today the day my account is to go active and she never did. I texted her and she said Oh Shoot as in she forgot, she said she would call when I requested and I said 2. I waited and never received the call. Then all of a sudden I receive a call from some man claiming to work for Angie's List and sent me over to supposedly my account manager Brad. S. In all now I am getting the run around and they have charged my AMEX and claiming Im in contract.
Tried to find movers in a major metro area, they were triple priced than 2 men and a truck. What's the point!?
Promised the world, didnt deliver. We got less than 10 leads, $1000 per month, then when we wanted to cancel they tried to charge us an early termination fee, we disagree with this charge and they want to put us in collections.
Stay clear of angies list for your advertising budget. Just not worth it.
I bought an electrical deal they were running and called the electrician. He told me he doesn't service my area. I've tried on and off for 2+ years to find out how to get my money back or to transfer to a different provider but nobody ever tells me how to do it. I can't call them and they say they respond within 24 hours to an email but the email never addresses my question. I've learned, just go local and never trust Angie's List. I feel bad that Angie has put her name on something so awful... unless that's the kind of person she is, then yuk.
We had dealt with Angie's List several years ago, but they did not have a category for our business, which is metal roofing. We stopped using them because we got a lot of calls for asphalt roofs and spam. Then they called and told us they had a new category for metal roofing, which we found out later was a bold-faced lie. Stephanie Hazlett, the customer service representative, said she would have an investigation done and that we would have results in 30 days. 120 days later, nothing was done. LeeAnn Greisl was the customer service person who told me that metal roofing was now a category and that she would give us a special deal to get us back. We got no metal roof leads, just asphalt and spam. This has been the worst experience for advertising yet. Stay away from them!
We hired Angie's List to advertise our company in. They assured us that for the $1300 a month they were going to charge us that we would receive 35 to 60 customer leads per month. After almost 2 months we had a total of 4 customer leads. We tried multiple times to contact our sales rep, It took canceling our payment to them for him to finally respond. Now they want to charge us $4550 for early cancelation of a service that they can't even provide.
Answer: You'll have to contact the website directly. They don't monitor the Sitejabber website. Try to see if you can get them to delete your profile. If not, I would contact the Better Business Bureau or the Attorney General's office or another state law enforcement office in your state. This sounds like fraud to me (but, I'm not a lawyer).
