Very bad. Nothing good about the company. I was never assisted. I even paid for the government fees which was all a lie. I requested for a refund and was told only government fees will be refunded still nothing came. I will never recommend anyone and I will make sure to spread the news.

Firstly, we didn't steal from you and will never steal from anyone, since you, in your right state of mind, of legal age, made payment to us for a service under which you signed a Service Level Agreement (SLA)., which is a legally binding document that outlines our terms of engagement, obligations to you, and your obligations to us.
Secondly, your application couldn't be submitted after we got an Invitation To Apply (ITA) for you because you couldn't provide all the relevant documents as needed, particular Proof of Funds (Bank Statement) as required by the Canadian Government. Your inability to provide the relevant documents is the reason your PR application wasn't submitted, that's not our fault, but you. We are not the one responsible for providing your documents., which is another breach of the SLA you signed, which stated that, "if you failed to provide the relevant documents at each stage of your application process, you won't be refunded." Kindly take your time and read the Service Level Agreement (SLA) which you signed of legal age, and in your right state of mind.
Finally, let me clarify that AMI Education and Visa Services, a Subsidiary of the AMI Group of Companies is NOT THE EMBASSY, CONSULATE, or IMMIGRATION AUTHORITY. We do not GRANT or APPROVED Visas. We are simply a Visa Consultancy, that help or aid you in your visa application process, by providing step by step guidance and expert documentation filing. We have no control over the decision-making process, neither do we have control over the processing time. Embassies, Consulates, or Immigration authorities may take up to 2 years to decide on a Visa application depending on the visa type, visa kind, documents submitted, etc. Visa Applications are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, hence individual circumstances greatly affect the visa application timeline and outcome. All we can do is help with the pre-submission process, and once your application is submitted, there's nothing else we can do moving forward, and this disclaimer is clearly stated within the Agreement you signed.
