Very satisfied with my experience with AMI Education. They did absolutely everything for me, I only had to turn up at Visa submission centre to get my finger prints taken. I spent around 25 minutes all together at the submission centre - which I thought was super quick. Very well organised and definitely recommend them. I do not think that I would be able to thank them as much as I have been helped by AMI Education with my own effort. I had all the necessary documents but due to not having enough work experience for Silver Fern Visa of New Zealand. I was scared that the application might get rejected. Prices are extremely affordable, that I will admit. The hotel and flight was exactly as advertised, but communication is a serious problem. It took hours sometimes days for me to get response. I have to call my Consultant on WhatsApp, most often goes unanswered, and when he answers, I have to ask all my present and future questions, because I don't know when I will be able to get hold of him again. I feel, in as much as you are saying you are a 5 star agency, you should be excellent in all aspects, and communication is very important. Kindly try to increase your team size, because I am aware of the number of clients you are dealing with, but that isn't enough to justify your poor communication with clients. I recommend them, but take note of their communication. I will use them again of course, without any doubt, because now I understand the system.
